Like New Refurbished Computer & Up And Working Right Out Of The Box! What A Great Buy.
An OS freeze that splashed the hard drive so Windows wouln't "recover," had me pulling out my backup big box computer only to find that in the six months since it was last turned-on, the cooling system had leaked all over the motherboard, and it wouldn't boot, of course. Looking at a $Grand to repair all the damage, and considering that it had been turned-on once ever six months in the last two years, I decided to look for a $CHEAP$ working PC with lots of USB ports for $100 to $200 and move the guts of it into my big aluminum rolling computer box with the huge power supply and array of drives. That's what I was planning to do until I removed the refurbished HP Elite 8300 i7-3770 from the shipping box and unlatched the top of the case. The inside was a small space packed from top to bottom, I noticed there were green plastic thump tabs, some pushed, or slid, and all of them unlatched whatever they were holding in-place so that item could be hinged over and outside of the box without removing a screw or clip....This is professional commercial grade rig! It's designed to make it easy to be upgraded and repaired with the minimum of effort and time for I.T staff. I sat there playing with this computer turned transformer and marveling at how well built and laid-out the case and innards were. My big box rolling computer case is about to be put out to pasture.Fifteen minutes after connecting power, monitor and HID's, Windows 10 was activated and working on updates.ITSupplyGuy did a great job refurbishing this computer. It came with everything needed for it to be immediately useful requiring only a monitor to be attached long enough to enable remote desktop. The working parts inside are all new or "like-new," I can't tell which because it is so clean. There's no dust between any of the cooling fins, for goodness sake! Really, really a great job of refurbishment.

Great wombo combo pc that plays game on very high with Gigabyte Low Profile 1650
This PC is an awesome low profile space-saving pc. An all around great build when paired with a Gigabyte low profile 1650. Or any card that measures at 167 mm in lengthOnly con I had was the ethernet constantly disconnecting and when I brought this up I was offered an exchange or a wifi adapter. Which was very cool of them.Runs rainbow six siege at very high very well.Although if you're someone who wants to use this pc as your main rig for a beefy card i recommend a full size case and not something that requires a low profile card with a size limit on the card.

Great processor for the money, and that's about it
Pros: processor, costCons: only VGA output, no built in WiFi, smallish hard drive, poor peripherals, case will not openFirst and foremost, about the only good use for this machine as is would be for programming. On that front, this thing is a beast for the money. However you don't need this much power for surfing the internet or Microsoft office. For gaming, VGA output only is just unacceptable. 500gb is pretty small for a hard drive, and three hard drive is not solid state. Also, the lack of WiFi is a problem.Luckily the WiFi can be fixed with a dongle that costs under $20, and there's plenty of usb ports so you don't mind using up a port for said dongle. The graphics output issue can be solved pretty easily with a graphics card, but when i tried to open up the case, something from the inside was jamming it shut. I had to take it to the shop to rectify this. One last note, they include a mouse and keyboard, but might as well not wasted their time. The mouse fell apart in under 5 minutes of use, and the right click never worked period. The keyboard is very flimsy and I don't trust it to last long either. All in all, if you're looking looking for a powerful machine for productivity purposes this will fit the bill with minimal investment (keyboard, mouse and WiFi dongle) If you want a gaming machine you'll need to toss a bit more money into it for a graphics card and probably a larger sshd, but with that processor you've got a good start with this machine.

Good Deal! I'd buy this again.
Booted right into Win 10 Pro, CPU/Ram/HDD all as stated. I'll clone the HDD to a new SSD since this is a '14 spinner. Going to use this as an FTP server for surveillance video recording. If you're a gamer... build your own PC.Pros:Decent packaging.Works as it should , no problems.Came with a WIFI dongle that wasn't specified that works real well.Cons:A little slow shipping, came out of Canada.Few very minor scuffs on the case.Generic mouse/keyboard as expected.

Great PC. Support a little slow
The outside of the case was surprisingly dirty. It was noticeable as soon as I removed it from the box. The insides, however, were immaculate. The insides of the case looked brand new. Everything works, and I received exactly what was described. It took several emails (days) for me to receive a valid product key, when that should have been included in the box. Because of that, I removed one star. Regardless, this much computer for this price is a very good deal. I'm quite pleased.

Deceptive seller..Buyer Beware
Buyer beware- first we did not get a keyboard or mouse. We contacted them and they sent it. 8 days later. Once we were able to boot up the system it said we had to purchase a WiFi adapter from them. The picture clearly shows WiFi above the computer. When we emailed them she said it did not state it came with WiFi and we must purchase it separately. Clearly the picture showing WiFi on the identification screen does not mean you must buy it. It means it comes included. Deceptive seller. I’m returning this back. Shade shady shady

As advertised, excellent value
Refurbished price, but in like new condition. Booted right up, Windows 10 Pro automatically activated. No problems. Does not have USB-C/USB 3.1, but a USB 3.1 card is cheap and easy to add. Ready to go as is, but there's plenty of room for future upgrades -- low-profile PCIe cards, plus several internal SATA connectors are available. Overall, this is a fast computer for a very low price.Note: I made use of the DisplayPort connector by getting a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter.
