This is my favorite tea of all time. It's naturally sweet, so I don't need to add sugar. Although it says "hot," it's more of a full-bodied, lingering, powerful punch of cinnamon instead of being hot-spicy. I will be a lifelong customer!!

Ages ago, I was introduced to apricot iced tea at a darling bakery/lunch spot and I've long intended to recreate it at home. I recently planned a picnic with my husband and our 6 month old for an overdue "date" that involved the bambino and gave us some dedicated time together. I thought of the apricot tea and bought this from Amazon and it was the perfect beverage for our picnic! I threw two teabags in a pitcher with boiling water and let it steep. I then served it over ice and added freshly sliced lemon and fresh mint for added flavor. My husband rarely drinks iced tea but he couldn't get enough of this and keeps asking me to make more for everyday drinking. It's easy, delicious, and helps ensure we're staying more hydrated during hotter summer days. It comes with a lot of bags so I felt like the price was appropriate, plus it's clearly good quality. The flavor is evident and refreshing, but not overpowering and it isn't sweet. If you want sweet tea, you'll need to add your sweetener of choice.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!This is the most delicious cinnamon tea I have ever tasted. It is so spicy and sweet. I recommend this tea to everyone how delicious this brand is. The sachets are absolutely beautiful, too.

I hate to do this, but I have to let people know that this product spiked my blood sugar despite being naturally sweet. I presume the sweetness comes from something in the natural/artificial flavors since there is no sweetener listed in the ingredients.I am very disappointed because I love this tea. It’s my favorite tea of all time. However, I’ve been on a very strict diet for almost 1.5 years and a vital part of that diet is avoiding blood sugar spikes. I’m not diabetic, but I recently got a glucose monitor to test certain things that I’m eating and see if it causes a spike. I thought surely my coffee drink with a “skinny” flavor syrup would spike it; but it didn’t. However, this tea increased my blood sugar by nearly 40 points. I was incredibly surprised and I wonder if drinking this tea has been sabotaging my diet this whole time.To be clear, I drank this tea when I had been fasting all day. There was nothing that could have caused this spike other than the tea.All that to say, this is a fantastic tasting tea, but if you’re watching your blood sugar then it could be problematic for you.

We love the blended taste of this tea. Its full of flavor w/o any of the ingredients being overpowering. More subtle, and consistent with each sachet and bag.We find these sachets are better than the ones in the tins, as well as the bags with ground-up ingredients.Those in the tins have ingredients that are a bit larger, but steep time is extended 2-3 more minutes, and they don't seem to make any more cups (both make about 3 cups each). So the only advantage appears to be aesthetics, including a tin container, which is a bit of a hassle. (If you want it airtight, you'll need a butter knife or something to pry the lid off each time). Of course you're also paying more per sachet. If you like the tin, buy one, then reuse it with this product.The bags are a bit cheaper than this product, but they don't make as much tea as the sachet (appx 2 cups). It's also a hassle to have to tear open and discard the wrappers, and more wasteful.The negative is the string comes off too easily with the sachets, and when it comes off, can leave a hole in the bag. Because of this, I would rate the product 4.5.

This item is exactly as described, the packaging is great. The packaging was sturdy and kept the tea fresh. It also reseals easily, which is a nice touch. This is also my favorite flavor - the cinnamon flavor is strong and tasty - which I really like. It’s almost like having a sweet treat, but without the guilt. The tea arrived quickly and was well-packaged. I’ll be ordering again.

I am not a tea drinker, as a normal American, I think tea tastes like garbage water. But after a bout with Covid and a slight cold with cough I wanted warm fluids to reduce my cough as the cold drinks just brought back a tickling and nagging cough. Insert Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea (where have you been my whole life?). I use two bags for my large stainless thermos to fire up the flavor. Not too hot, not too sweet but pure cinnamon deliciousness like a melted gummy cinnamon bear I loved as a kid with less stickiness. I will caution the average consumer, beware of the potency of the cinnamon oil and dust and keep inside the tin or ziplock bag. I had a few bags loose in my backpack on a recent trip over the 4th. When I unzipped my bag, it smelled of a Christmas store cinnamon potpourri goodness. But what I neglected to consider was the after effects of putting my sunglasses in the same pocket. I put on my sunglasses in the warm Florida sun and felt my nose burning, unaware of what was going on. I took them off and wiped my nose and minutes later the slight burning sensation returned. I realized it was a nice cinnamon burn, so I rinsed my nose piece with warm water and soap and the burning still remained. So now I am forced to squint in the sunlight until I can rid my nose piece of the cinnamon goodness that was absorbed into the rubber. Totally worth the burn though, love the tea and will be buying more.

A little pricey, but leaps and bounds more flavor than other brands!
