I really like this lunch bag. For my personal situation I have to add an ice pack into the bag in addition to the ones that are provided. I put it in the front meshing pocket inside the bag. The bag has a LOT of capacity. In mine: A large container of a salad, a large container of a sandwich and tomatoes, a medium container of fruit, a small container of salsa. a cheese stick, a clementine, and a full bottle of salad dressing. Outside the bag in the one pocket I have a bag or croutons for the salad and a bag of chips for the salsa. In the provided cup, I store oregano, candy, and utensils. It's a great bag

I purchased this JAXX Lunch kit to solve the problem of my sandwiches getting smashed by being in the same compartment as my drinks (my previous lunch bag). This JAXX kit really works extremely well. On the inside it holds 2 larger plastic containers and 2 smaller plastic containers. All 4 have lids that seal their contents and don't leak (I know, I carry fruit in one small container). The kit comes with two of it's own keep cold ice packs, that can be frozen overnight and then placed into the lunch kit when needed. There's even enough space for additional ice packs, so long as they are the thinner ones (see picture above and note the smaller ice pack that I purchased separately; it keeps my fruit container cold). There's plenty of ample space in the additional exterior pockets: 1 on each end and one zipped in front. There's also another on the inside of the opening flap. I have been using this kit for about a month now and it is exactly what I needed. I still use the older bag as a cold store for my drinks. I carry the two in a large water proof back pack with lots of room. Simple, rugged, easy to use that keeps my snacks and sandwiches and fruit cold throughout an 8-12 hour shift. It holds two sandwiches easily; a number of snacks. One of the side pockets is made to hold a large insulated drink cup that comes with the lunch kit as well. Works for me really well!

I upgraded to this bag from my past lunch bag because... honestly, the included containers were a very big lure. It was also bigger than my last bag, but I especially liked having containers that I knew would fit perfectly inside with the ice packs. It's also very nice on the outside. One of my coworkers asked me to send her the link so she could get one.The first thing I did when they came in was check if the containers were leakproof. Thankfully, they were! I filled one with water, turned it upside down, shook it all around, and nothing leaked out of it. I haven't had any issues with it and I don't expect to have any problems in the near future. I'll update again at the 6 month mark (April!)

I really like this bag. It holds all my lunch with Ice and keeps everything cold all day. I like the pockets on the outside as I add my coffee on one side and water on the other so I can be hands free. I highly recommend.It does come with containers but I have not used them so far but they are nice.

I bought this for my fiancé to use for work and I’m beyond glad I did! He uses the containers that came with it every day for his lunch and snacks and they’re great in the microwave too, they haven’t warped or melted. The ice packs fit nicely and keep his things cold. Even the pockets on the outside of the bag are great because one picker can hold 2 normal 16.9 oz bottles of water and he uses the other side for either the shaker bottle it came with or an Arizona iced tea can! He likes the strap because it makes carrying it around easier and it’s very durable. I highly suggest getting this if you or your loved one has a job where bringing a homemade lunch is better or more convenient than going out to buy one.

I work at a refinery and this is perfect for a 12 hr shift worth of food. Easy to clean and fits perfectly in the fridge while still being able to open the zipper. The strap is durable and comes off if need be.

This lunch box is great and m my food stayed so cold. Perfect sz and containers were wonderful I loved the sizes too, it was a bit heavy but worth the workout when filled.

Update:Our first use with this lunch box one of the containers developed a huge crack. We hadn't dropped it or been rough with it at all, no extreme temps etc. Huge disappointment. When I contacted customer service (which you must do separately from Amazon) I never heard back. Very frustrating experience.We were looking for a larger capacity lunch box. Bento boxes are cute but vegan athletes eat large portions. This box definitely does the trick. Can pack breakfast, lunch, a snack, and a dinner in here if we need to. Otherwise, it's just nice to have a large container for salad or veggies and hummus etc.
