Excellent device, amazing sound, compatible with my windows laptop and my android phone.

I bought this to record/livestream Sun meetings. I thought I was buying quality until I found out the Software to use with this is rubbish and will not even WORK on Windows 11 I would bypass this folkes, the software is what powers this thing, if that does not work or is cheap and rubbish it makes the Mic of no value. This is being returned and could not use it?? Browned off customer when Shure would know better...

I bought this as a rather expensive gift for my client in the US. Within a month it stopped working, which really delayed the release of her album. It broke within a month and didn't record any longer. I contacted Shure and they wouldn't do a straight refund, or replace the item. I had to fill out a huge form and arrange for my client to post it to them at her own cost an inconvenience before SHURE would do anything. Super disappointed we couldn't just get it replaced or they give me a refund. It delayed the release of her album for weeks as we had to find an alternative. Super disappointed it's so difficult.

Very nice! Reliable, but the Amazon version has to be upgraded to the latest software or you cannot access anything from an app. That’s a pain when I work entirely from an iPad or iPhone, were these updates cannot take place, must be on a regular computer. That is inconvenient to ask someone else for help with a computer….
