Probably one of the top 10 books in our library. If the subject of speaking in tongues can be approached scripturally, reasonably, and sanely – anyone and everyone everywhere would speak in tongues. This book presents the doctrinal subject of speaking in tongues Exhaustively and comprehensively. With a lawyer style proof from the Scriptures and easy to understand demonstrations and illustrations – if you don’t speak in tongues you suddenly will. And if you already do speak in tongues your current language will become so enhanced he will want to read the book over and over and over again. Give this book to someone who is struggling to receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost. This book cuts through strange charismatic touchy-feely experiences and cut straight to the word. The word will bring about experiences. We don’t look for experiences to bring about experiences. The word brings experiences and then you go right back to the word and have more experiences. An excellent book and a must for every Christian’s library

Super book. It drives out any misconceptions on speaking in tongues. And since I am a Baptist, I would obviously have them....ha ha! The only problem I am having, It's still wasn't quite clear on how to do it....I am still wondering if you have to have someone lay hands on you to be able to do it. But then I am still reading the book. It's not one of those books that you just read in two days and your done. It's a pondering kind of book. It makes you think. It's very easy reading and very friendly. I love the parts that he keeps with the word of God in almost every statement he makes. I seem like I can't get enough of this book. Anyone that is considering speaking in tongues, this is the book. It helps break down any barriers that may be keeping you from considering it.

Brother Hagin shares the Word, and his own insights regarding speaking in tongues as a means to increase our fellowship with our Heavenly Father; increasing our knowledge of His ways as we utilize the gift of the Holy Spirit. This book will challenge you to become the child that God intended us to be. Strong, equipped, and compassionate. Brother Hagin has a common sense style of teaching which makes it easy to understand and follow. One of those books which needs to be read more than once to gain it all.

I’m in the process of reading this book. So far I have enjoyed reading it.

I’ve had this book in printed form since 2010! I make it my practice to read it cover to cover every January to renew my mind each year with these truths! This book is a treasure!! All thanks be unto the Father for the precious Holy Spirit and the wonderful prayer language through which He gives utterance to pray in line with the perfect Will of God! (Romans 8:26-27)!

This is one of the most comprehensive books on the much misunderstood and much maligned subject of Tongues; both as a devotional gift and seperately as a congregational ministry gift, with interpretation. Brother Kenneth E. Hagin, whose ministry spanned a number of the Holy Spirit and Christian revivals of the 20th Century lived the life he preached and this comes out in the quality of his teaching reinforced by the multitude if experiences he had throughout his 83 years on this planet. I Highly recommend and Commend this book to anyone who has not come to understand the essential role of the spiritual gifts in the equipping of the members of the body of Christ, for ministry. Additionally this exceptional text also provides a solid scriptural grounding for any Christian who has begun the adventure of living Life in the Holy Spirit.

I encourage every Christian who wants to broaden their knowledge concerning the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues to purchase, read and share this book! In this book, compiled from the teachings of Kenneth E. Hagin you will find the biblical evidence to determine for yourself just how important this gift is! It helped me to clarify what I believed the Lord was showing me about the importance of tongues. If you read this book you will understand why Satan is so dead set against it and discourages people from seeking the baptism in the Holy Ghost if he can or makes them too self-conscious to use their gift if they have received it. You will learn how this gift may actually mean life or death for others and ourselves if we open ourselves to a deeper relationship with our Father God! My wife and I know this from personal experience! After the gift of salvation the gift of tongues opens us up the presence of God with us in a wonderful way. One may read several books on speaking in tongues, yet they all pale like a shadow when compared to this book, because this book answers almost all questions on this subject. One is sure to experiene the Holy Spirit's flavour and fragrance as he reads it. This is surely a one stop destination with all answers. It isn't just a didactic, boring lecture, but a very personal account presented in the light of the Bible in words and language so convincing that only the Holy Ghost Himself is capable of inspiring of ... real life examples, evidence based on Biblical verses, personal experiece.... all of these just make this book a must read for those who wish to speak with God and know Him personally.

Well written with real life situations and experiences

Wow! this book really is something, every Christian should or ought to speak in tongues, doing so strenghens your faith and brings you closer to God. Kenneth Hagin preaches well on this subject. Unless you are born again and are filled with the Holy Spirit, you will not recieve this wonderful gift. So if you need more of our Lord, buy the book it will most certainly help you.

The contents of this book are still very applicable till date even in this generation. I found the knowledge relevant and applied it to my personal life to get results.
