I own a small PT studio and used these with my clients during their mobility and my official release programs. Using them with clients all day they have kept up great and are so handy when I need to modify releasing tools to help people with different problems. If you are unsure which would be best this is a great option as you have all the trigger point balls available.

OK but the balls etc are quite hard. The reviews I read were really good but I was disappointed with the products

They are pretty firm, which I like. But if you are looking for softer or moldable material, it snot for you. Price is very competitive for the amount of balls are included, maybe not all are needed but they do the job.

The foam is quite firm, which is good. However, there is no solid core, so after a few seconds of pressure the balls get a big flat spot. Would be better if they were foam around a hard plastic core or something.

Great for my neck and back pain. The different sizes are useful for accessing different parts of the muscles. I’m glad I bought these.

These massage balls can roll away tight pressure points, they are great addition to foam rollers. The 5” ball for glute and back massage, the rubber and spiky ball for small muscles and foot release. Nice quality and worked great. Will buy another one for Christmas gift.

The massage balls were helpful to relieve my tense muscles. Well made and comes with a carrying bag to put them together when done.

I can't stop using these for my back muscles! They work better than a massage therapist.
