Great Mandoline. I bought it to make Korean carrot salad and this is perfect. Easy to use, very sharp, does not take a lot of room.

I had been looking for a mandoline for quite some time since my old, old one started to break. I had ordered a more expensive one that was dull and I returned. Thought I'd give this one a try and in the short time I've had it, it has worked well. I used the smaller julienne blade for slaw and it was too fine. Next time I used the larger julienne blade and it cuts to the texture I wanted. The storage feature looks nice but I don't want to wash all of the blades with each use so they will probably wind up in the junk drawer until needed. A rinse cleans the food residue better than I expected. It seems sharp enough to cut through cabbage and onions. Its size fits in the individual bowl I use so if you're wanting a large unit, this may not be for you. The plastic is lightweight, it is too soon for me to report on how long it will last. Four stars for not really practical cutter storage and lightweight plastic.

This mandoline slicer is super cute in pink and comes with a nice variety of blades for slicing, shredding, and even waffle cuts. It works well for soft veggies like cucumbers and carrots, and the included peeler is a nice bonus. However, the plastic feels a bit flimsy, and switching out the blades can be tricky and not very intuitive. Also, it's not as sturdy as I'd hoped when slicing tougher vegetables like potatoes. With a bit more stability and clearer instructions, this could be a solid 5-star product. Overall, it's decent for light kitchen use, but don’t expect professional-grade performance.

Ordered this shredder for julienne shredding (for carrots and beets mostly). It worked perfectly with both sizes! Tried shredding cucumbers and garlic. Still wow! Then tried a peeler for yams and carrots. Oh. My. Gosh. As much as I hated this task before, that much it’s going to be effortless going forward. Fast, efficient, convenient, perfect tiny peels for skin. I don’t know how sharp it’s going to stay going forward, but for the price - it’s just a GEM! Finally, chopped veggie bowls and all the salads I love, will be prepped more often, in minutes! Can’t wait to cut potatoes and radish, and, and, and….! Thank you Amazon and all the people who made it happen!
