Great for foot comfort.
I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Quite annoying and somewhat painful. My primary care physician prescribed the Dr. Scholl's (along with some physical therapy exercises). I was initially skeptical that inserts would help, and I was concerned that my shoes would not fit well with them (I have wide feet). I was wrong on both counts. My feet immediately felt better (not cured, but improved) at first use. I liked the results so much that I bought a 2nd set for other shoes so I wouldn't have to move them. The inserts are not full length, so they don't take up valuable shoe room at the ball of my foot. Shoe space is just not an issue. One minor suggestion for Dr. Scholl's: Include a bit of double-stick tape with the inserts. The inserts tend to slide forward when donning my shoes, and some light adhesive would help keep them in the proper place.

GREAT pain relief
Dr. Scholl's cf330 jell cushions work very well as far as composition of heel and arch support. However, the one thing that should eventually be addressed is the "quality of glue" used for adhering the cover to the cushions. After having to switch the cushions back and forth along with daily use the cover begins to bubble up then peel off causing pain where the fabric balls up. This happens after about 3 months in, so you get plenty of GREAT relief for the money. Well worth the investment and I wish more places carry them along with the machine to help guide the right choices of cushions.

If your feet hurt, here’s your sign to get some inserts!
Dr. Scholls is obviously high quality at a low price. When properly fitted, very comfy and last a long time.

They had a machine at COSTCO years ago that recommend which number to use for my feet so I order a new pare for all my new shoes . Because they are 3/4 length I cut 1/4 off the factory liners and use that in the shoes (ITS BEEN WORKING FOR YEARS FOR ME ) 140000 mi. on and off the GOLF COURSE.
