Update: My mistake and my apologies!!! I ordered, received, measured, and returned the windshield. I thought I'd try again and attempt to dremel the proper holes, if needed. Received the 2nd windshield, measured it, holes are off. I removed my original windshield, compared it with the new one, and they're a perfect match!! Perhaps the bend fooled me. Great product; great material, fit, look, etc. Replaceable original in 10 mins. Get this one! This windshield is a beautiful piece for my 2023 HD Street Glide Special (FLHXS). Well made; good, solid materials; great looking. HOWEVER, the two outer screw holes are both about a half inch (too narrow) out of alignment. The product info listed in the description says it should fit. Returned. I bought a 2nd one, thinking perhaps others' piece fit, maybe I received one with a mistake. Nope. This item DOES NOT FIT the hole pattern on the windshield of a 2023 Street Glide Special (FLHXS). I'll try to make new holes without wrecking it.

I read other reviews and had concerns about the fit, which was not an issue. It took me longer to unwrap the projective plastic it came wrapped in than it did to install. It was a perfect fit and looks awesome on my 2020 Electra glide. I purchased the 7inch smoked because I felt the factory windshield was too high and I wanted a tinted shield. The quality is fine for me. After a few rides I like it but think I’m going to buy the 9 inch to deflect more wind.

Awesome price and proper height for me as I am 5’3” and can easily see over it as recommended and required in some states. The curves do split the wind, and for myself, completely eliminates wind buffeting on my face and helmet. The four star review is mostly for those people who feel they must have a perfectly clear view of the highway looking down through heat treated plastics. Yes, there’s distortion but considering the area was previously blocked by a three-pocket storage compartment, it works as it should. One other consideration addresses reviews that any replacement windshield doesn’t fit and has gaps. IF YOUR BIKE HAD A WINDOW STORAGE POCKET and you removed it, no replacement windshield will fit properly until you remove the rubber gasket and replace it with an original. I know this because I installed a window pocket and had to use the special gasket it employs. The window pocket can be used with a short windshield but not a wind splitter windshield. Properly attached with an original rubber gasket, it’s as sturdy as it gets. The tint isn’t so dark as to obstruct visibility day or night. The loss of the storage was well worth having a beautiful and quieter ride!

Works great I have a 2015 harley davidson street glide and it fits nicely. good level of tint its not to dark for night rides and not to light for daylight. Blocks a good amount of wind.

Fits perfectly on this 2017 FLHX StreetGlide. No modifications necessary. Saw a few people post they had to dremel the holes a little wider, there was no need for that with this model it snapped right on. I had a $179 Klockwerks 9” visit on here before and it was worthless....still had some buffeting and it was obstructing my view. I realize you can’t really get rid of buffeting unless you have a giant visor, so don’t spend your money on your pensive products cuz unless 12inches over your head you’re gonna feel it. This one has been a dream. Great look, no obstruction and you can’t beat the price. Even if it only lasts a year or 2 it’s affordable enough to replace occasionally. Well made, rigid, good quality. Also, the smoke lens is darker than most others out there so keep that in mind if you buy a larger one, you can’t really see “through” it. For anything under 9inches? It’s perfect.

Had high hopes for this windshield. Was looking for something a bit taller than my 8.5" Klockwerks for running the interestate down to Daytona in a month. Also didn't want to spend another couple hundred bucks on another Klockwerks. Got this 10" and was initially very happy. Looked great on the bike, fit on easily along with the 3 pouch windshield bag. And then I went for a ride. The height was about right and generally saw over the top of the windshield as expected. When it came to looking at things a little closer though - where I had to look THROUGH the windshield - like a low speed turn at a stoplight or something? Looking through the plastic was just so distorted that it made it almost.. Ugh. I'm returning this. I am good having a few different sizes/shades for various needs and times, but I don't see ever putting this back on for any reason. That said, if you were just getting a shorter version and really did NOT have to look through it at any time, you would have a GREAT value. It's a good weight - it is solid thickness and should hold up under highway speeds. It did fit well. Just suggest sticking with a shorter "don't have to look through it - ever" height.

Great quality and great price. Fit perfectly on my 2016 Street Glide Special. It took me minutes to swap out.

When I got it and installed it, it looks like it was a used one that got returned. No big deal. I went on and put it on if you receive one check it real good and send back if it is not that’s what I should’ve done.
