TOPSCOPE FP3556M - Fuel Pump Assembly E3556M Compatible with 2003 Cadillac Escalade ESV, 2002 2003 Cadillac Escalade EXT, Chevrolet Avalanche 1500, Chevrolet Suburban 1500, GMC Yukon XL 1500

I cut an access panel under my back seat of my Avalanche. That made the install so easy. Dropping the fuel tank is a task, as I have done that before. I sealed the hatch, put the carpet back in place and you can’t tell anything was done. It sure made installing the fuel pump a breeze. Fuel pump does everything it is supposed to do and my truck runs great.

Perfect fit for my 2003 Chevy Avalanche 1500 The only thing is the rubber seal that comes with it is thicker than the factory seal and makes it a somewhat difficult to seat the pump down so I ended up using the rubber seal from the bad pump and it went right in with no issues. Didnt need to use or mess with the harness plug that comes with it as it was simple plug in with no problems. As far as I'm concerned it's a good product at a good price. Started right up first turn.

Ordered this back in Aug 2020. 2002 Chevy Avalanche Z71. 5.3L. Local price was for a fuel pump was a couple hundred. I was very hesitant about ordering this, based on price and some of the reviews. Most of the bad reviews seemed to be electrial issues. Before I installed I did look over the wiring and compare to the existing unit. The only wires that did not match up were the wires to the pressure sensor. I dont know if it would of made a difference if I didnt switch them, but I ended up moving the wires to match how they were on my existing worn out unit. Fit with no issues. Did not need to use the adapter that was sent with it. So far, working like it should. I have about 1700 miles in it.

2002 AVALANCHE, went dead would not turn. Changed fuel pump and started back up first try now runs and pulls off like nothing!

Successfully installed the part myself but it did not work. Took my truck to a shop where they replaced it with a factory part that cost 6 times more...but it works great. Trying to get the Topscope part back for a refund. Oh, and the shop confirmed it was installed properly but was a defective part.

Worked great for about 3 months then it left me dead on side of road. Good thing I cut a access panel for fuel pump under the back seat of my 2003 Yukon Denali 6.0 when i put this in. Ended up spending the extra money and getting a Delphi pump after this one and 3 months In and still running strong with Delphi pump.. spend the extra money and get a good pump. I would call this a temporary pump just to get you by don't waste your money cause eventually it will leave u on side of road.. also the fuel Guage is not accurate ran out of gas twice when it said i had almost a quarter tank of gas.. so I always kept it over quarter tank after those encounters

What I like most about this fuel pump, is it works and it's the exact fit for my 2003 chevy avalanche just like the OEM.easy installation and let's not for get pricing 5× cheaper than some other manufacturer with the same results. IT WORKS!!!!
