Excellent Performance, Value, Customer Support
5-STAR WATER FILTRATION PERFORMANCE WITH NO LEAKS 5-STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH LIVE USA BASED, KNOWLEDGABLE TECH SUPPORT I’d researched residential water filtration systems for a while. I kept coming back to iSpring. BEFORE YOU BUY: MEASURE YOUR WATER PRESSURE (PSI) AND TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS (TDS/PPM) then contact iSpring and they’ll recommend the system optimized for your unique water issues. I purchased a ppm digital water meter for around $20 at plumbing supply store, ran my ‘cold’ sink water and wrote down my ppm. Install a water pressure gauge (psi gauge) which may require a plumber, or purchase a gauge with a female threaded end to connect to a garden hose or utility sink with a threaded faucet. Last resort is if you are on municipal water, call your city water department, provide your address and ask for the psi to your address, they’ll give you an ‘estimated’ psi range. Record your ‘static’ psi readings when no water is running in the building. A psi reading, when water is flowing, may result in a slightly lower reading (depending on how the building is plumbed). If you are in a multi-family dwelling, verify if you are on separate water meters, if not, try and take several readings at low water use times, such as early mornings before neighbors wake, then calculate the average psi. Call iSpring, give them your ppm and static psi readings. They will advise you on the correct system to meet your unique water ppm and psi readings. Low psi residences may require an iSpring system with a water pressure pump, whereas high psi residences may require a system with an iSpring factory preset pressure reducer. iSpring is engineered to provide optimum performance between 45-70 static psi. The closer you can get to 70 psi, without going over, the better the RO filter will work and last. iSpring provides 5-STAR product support. I called and spoke to Nick a customer support manager, a real U.S.A. based professionally trained tech support specialist who has the answers memorized and is not reading a script. Inside the shipping box flap is a QR code. I suggest you scan it and watch the highly produced installation video and use it often. Each installation step has individually wrapped corresponding parts with individual installation instruction booklets. Installation is fool-proof. When you install and begin cutting tubes, never cut with scissors, pilers, serrated blades or knife. Each locking clip has a tab, the tab must always face the tube and not fitting. I had no leaks first time out. Mount the filter metal manifold - with the 3 pre-filters - before you flush them, as flushing the system with water will add weight and make it difficult for one person to lift and mount it. I suggest getting some scrap 2”x4” lumber or brick pavers to rest the pre-filter canisters on while you mark your screw holes with your sharpie marker. Be certain to mount the bracket high enough to leave room below to remove the pre-filter canisters. Install mounting screws, check for fit, then place the system on a towel on the floor during the entire installation process to assure full view of all fittings and inspect for leaks. Hang the filter manifold as your last step, leave the tube slack and zip tie them out of the way. The 3 Pre-filter canister O-rings are loose fit into a groove and should be installed vertically into the manifold to prevent the O-rings from unseating while you hand tighten. Don’t lay the canisters down to install them. Once installed, stand the filter system on a towel on the floor, then begin the filter flush step as directed and watch for leaks. If leaks appear, use the wrench turning it slowly until the leak stops, then stop tightening. This prevents over tightening and leaking. iSpring systems are designed to operate in a maximum ambient temperature of 100 degrees F. For hot climates, I suggest purchasing 3M Company adhesive cupboard door stops. They are rubber pads with glue backing. Stick them on the inside of your frame so they contact the cupboard door and create a gap between your cupboard door and frame to allow air circulation. Hang a thermometer in the cupboard to be sure. After installing your iSpring system, the remineralization stage releases more minerals over time as it breaks-in, so your ppm will increase. Furthermore, your static water pressure (psi) has an inverse relation to remineralization. The higher the psi, the lower the minerals released. A psi close to 70 will increase system filtering, life of your RO filter and decrease waste water. CONCLUSION: From my experience: iSpring provides world-class product support and filtration system. My water system has no leaks, and is currently providing water, with minerals added, at 10 ppm. It is clear and delicious. iSpring is American engineered and backed by 'Nick' their expert live American-based customer support manager iSpring RCC7AK-UV All components tested by and passed/exceeded NSF/ANSI 58 Certified Standards iSpring will advise you on the proper system when you provide your water ppm and static psi readings and support you through your entire DIY installation

AMAZING REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER SYSTEM
I’ve been very impressed with the iSpring RCC7AK reverse osmosis system. The improvement in water quality was immediate — clean, crisp, and smooth tasting. The alkaline remineralization stage is a big plus and really makes the water taste better than bottled water. Installation was straightforward, and the system has been running flawlessly. Filter replacements are easy and reasonably priced, which makes this a great long-term investment. I also want to highlight iSpring’s customer support, especially Nick, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, addressed my specific needs, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to get that level of support these days. Overall, this is a high-quality system from a company that truly stands behind its product. I would definitely recommend the iSpring RCC7AK to anyone looking for cleaner, better-tasting water.

Fantastic, hands down
I’ve wanted one of these filters for years now, once I learned a bit about the chlorine, fluoride, and microplastics in my tap water. While my wife and son drink water from our Brita pitcher, I normally would just drink from our kitchen sink where the water isn’t as cold and not as painful for my sensitive teeth. I drink about two pots of coffee a day, take 1/2 gallon of water with me to work each day, and drink probably another 1/2 gallon per day while I’m home. It’s a lot of tap water! When I first discovered these filters, we were renting an apartment, so it didn’t seem worth the effort to install. Once we bought our house, there were a million other things to spend money on first! 2.5 years since we moved in, a solid Black Friday sale coupled with our wedding anniversary finally made this purchase happen. I ordered it at 11:00am this morning, and it was at my door before 2:00pm same day. I ended up installing the filters in my basement, directly underneath the kitchen sink, to save some space. The water tank is under the sink, for now (I may also move that to the basement). Having the filters in the basement made the install a bit slower, having to go up and down the stairs a bunch, but all in all it took me about 2.5 hours to install. I needed a drill to mount the filter rack to the wall, but other than that the only tool I needed was a pair of channel locks. The process was straightforward, and there was no point in time that I was confused as to what my next steps were. The only thing that tripped me up was the reverse osmosis filter itself, but that was only because I didn’t fully seat it in its housing at first. Once I fully popped it in, the housing cap screwed on, no problem The push-to-connect fittings are very easy to work with, and I had no leaks once I brought the system to pressure. There’s even an included auto-stop valve that’s supposed to detect leaks and shut off the water automatically, which is a great peace of mind. The instructions direct you to visually check the install each day for the first two weeks. I’ll be doing that, but knowing that auto-stop is on there still makes me feel much better about things (I’m an electrician, not a plumber lol). Not wanting to use the drain saddle, I ran my drain line directly to the utility sink in my basement. I didn’t plan for it, but being able to physically see water leaving the drain is a convenient way to be able to tell if the system is actively filtering water in the moment, or whether the tank is full The water tastes great, better than the Brita in my opinion. I bought the version that has the Alkaline filter final stage to remineralize the water for taste, and I’m happy with that decision. Highly filtered water often tastes bland, but that’s not the case with this unit. I could fill up a bottle for some fancy spring water with this stuff, and I doubt anyone would notice there’s a difference Product quality seems solid, and the reviews lead me to believe it’ll all hold up for years to come. The faucet is a little wobbly, but I understand it can’t be too tight without risking failure. The flow rate from the faucet is perfectly adequate for a glass of water, too. Not as fast as the tap, but that’s to be expected. Tomorrow it’ll get put to the real test, when I fill up my 1/2 gallon water bottle and brew a pot of coffee. The reservoir tank supposedly holds 2.6gallons though, so I don’t foresee any issues. The rest of the family wakes up hours later, and the tank will no doubt be refilled by that point. On initial startup, the first tankful took about 1.5 hours to fill up. Per the instructions, I then poured that first tank out, presumably to remove any potential manufacturing contaminants. That waiting game for the first good glass of water was probably the hardest part of the whole install I’ve wanted one of these things for years. I finally purchased and installed one today, and I’m incredibly happy with the end result. I wish I did it sooner, but the next best time is today, right? The company seems to stand behind their products in terms of warranty and returns, and at such an attractive price, there’s really not much risk in giving this filter a shot in your home. I think you’ll be as satisfied as I am!

Great Water Quality & Even Better Support After a Missing Part
I’m really happy with the iSpring RCC7AK now that it’s up and running, but the experience started with a major hiccup. When I unboxed the unit to begin installation, I discovered the Faucet was completely missing from the package. It was frustrating to have to halt the project before I even started. However, I contacted support and worked with Nick, who was outstanding. He acknowledged the issue immediately and sent a replacement faucet via expedited shipping that same day. While the missing part was a hassle, the customer service from Nick was top-tier and saved the experience. Installation & Performance Once the faucet arrived, the actual install took about 1.5 hours. It was much easier than I first thought, especially with the quick-connect fittings. The Tank: The design is great - it only needs a single water tube and works via air pressure (has a Schrader valve). It’s been working perfectly. Water Quality: The taste is excellent. The 6-stage process makes a noticeable difference. One Recommendation The YouTube installation videos are still very helpful, but iSpring should really refresh them. Several parts in the videos seem to be for an older version of the filter, which can be a bit confusing during the process.

Easy to install, great instructions, amazing water
This reverse osmosis was packaged with great care, and it arrived without any damage. The instructions were amazing and made it easy to follow. There were even colors and pictures/diagrams so you know you’re assembling it correctly. The instructions are filled with tips likely based on other people‘s mistakes. These tips saved me a lot of time and heartache. After I was finished with the installation, I checked for leaks, and there were none. The water tastes delicious, and I’m so excited that it’s remineralized. Other reverse osmosis systems that don’t remineralize leave you feeling bloated. Whenever you drink the water, the faucet is classy and easy to use. The water pressure is as expected, and the water is completely clear. They sell packages of filters making it easy to change the filters when due.

Easy to install, great water
Relatively easy to connect hoses and everything in the correct order, but be patient because set up takes time. There is extra time to do the initial filter rinse, then you have to fill the reservoir tank and empty it twice, then you can drink after the third fill. But the time is well worth it, the water tastes great and it's a massive improvement from my tap water. One more thing I didn't know is that for every 1 gallon of drinkable water, 3-4 gallons of "waste water" is produced and that is the water that flushes your RO filter and makes your filter last longer. Even then it is still pennies to operate compared to bottled water. I have already recommended this system to all of my family members because it's absolutely worth more than the cost and time to install plus there's always clean water.

Great RO filter system.
Filter system works well. Manual could be better but since it comes almost fully assembled and, and this is my third RO installation, it was easy enough for me. The sink faucet shipped with the kit seemed a bit flimsy and had a leak. I contacted iSpring support and representative Iris quickly sent me a more robust replacement.

Get this one!
This is a great system if you want water that tastes as good as high quality bottled water. We had a whole house sediment filter that removed some of the "dirt" from our city water but it still had a chlorine taste so I got a single stage filter. That was a nice addition, it removed the chlorine taste and made the water more drinkable but it still tasted "off". So I got and installed a 3 stage filter. While somewhat better than the single stage filter, the 3 stage was still lacking what we were getting delivered in 5 gallon bottles for our water cooler. I can't give it a fair description but it was still just a little off. I was hesitant to pull the trigger on this full RO system for a few reasons. 1 being cost. I thought the filter replacement would be costly and frequent. Turns out it is only about $70/yr. Which is not bad for bottled water quality water any time you want it. Our water delivery is about $30/mo so this works out to be quite a bit cheaper. I was also concerned about the size of the system. With the storage tank and the 6 filters, this isn't a "small" system that you can tuck under a sink. Unless you have a giant area under your sink this does take up quite a bit of room. But for the quality of water this system produces, I feel it is worth the sacrifice. We just need to get a little more creative with how many cleaners and dust pans we keep under the sink now. And I've also seen people set this up in their basement and then run the lines up to the sink, which could also be an answer for some with space concerns. Overall I should have just installed this unit in the first place. It would have saved me about $400 in single stage and 3 stage filter setups. This is the one to get! Also there's a guy on YouTube that goes by "The Fixit Shed" who has an excellent installation video. If you've ever done any plumbing before, set aside 2-3 hours and you can just go step by step through the video. My only advice is the tubing needs to be well seated in the housings. Push those little suckers in as far as you can or you may have some leaks when you turn everything on. Other than that, I say get this system. It will magically transform your cruddy city water into great tasting healthy water right before your eyes!
