Q: Can hot liquids be put in these?

NO. I tested very hot tap water and the cup's shape almost instantly collapsed. They are designed for immediate cold use and won't even hold cold liquids longer than the several minutes they are designed for.

Q: Are these cups waxed or unwaxed?

Almost positive they are unwaxed. It would be good if someone could confirm.

Q: Does anyone have the measurements on height and measurement across the top? Also, are they fairly sturdy or somewhat collapse when water is in them. l

There 2.5"high &2.25" approx across the top very sturdy don't collapse with water in them

Q: Does the package say compostable?

The cups I have were purchased some time ago and were in clear packaging
