great cup! love how it's sturdy heavy porcelain and looks expensive. Those comments that say too hot to hold . this mug should be held from the bottom part . It stays cool and can be held comfortably with the hottest beverage. There is an air space in that area that helps with this

Very disappointed that the travel Cup. Has a chip in it.. Had bought it as a Gift and when we opened the box the cup Was Chipped

I was so excited when I saw this being sold, I ended up buying two- one for myself and one for my husband. We used the cups a few times and they were great! We washed the cups and lids by hand after every use, then on the 4th use, as I went to sip my tea, I noticed that the lid to both cups, when pushed down into place, would slip back up. We tried everything from only pouring in a small amount of tea, to drying both rim and lid, to keeping the lid open (sliding the lid to open the drinking part), to closing the lid fully. We are extremely disappointed! We were lucky that there wasn’t an accident but now our mugs are useless to us as we bought them for our dog walks/car journeys. Maybe it’s the kids that are faulty as I would never expect this to happen after a few uses.

No insulation therefore too hot to hold with drink freshly made. Attractive to look at. Will be a pleasant vase

The cup is lovely. The lid doesn’t match well and is icky in that way only plastic can be. Trying to find a ceramic mug with a ceramic sealable lid is tough though I do have one which I adore

Very nice, a little smaller than I thought. But my wife won’t use it she loves it too much and doesn’t want to break it.

Works very well. It does not hold heat as long as a metal thermos, but that’s fine. I did not like the way coffee tasted in a metal thermos and this has been great.
