I've repeat purchased this item. I find it a good product and have been using it for over a year. It definitely helped me with muscle cramping and good sleep.

Bought while doing keto. After 20 mins I could taste salt at the back of my throat. Price point was ok and easy to swallow.

I've completed many multiple day fasts, this has definitely been helpful when fasting over 5 days.

Did a 5 day fast, just water, coffee and 3 of these a day. No cramps or issues so did their job. Recommended
