I was very impressed with how well this item is packaged. You can tell that they take pride in their product. So great to have 2 straps, bag with tie, and a nice size microfiber cloth to come with it. I chose the gray color and I like how it's a nice darker gray. I did my Insanity Max 30 workout on it today and it worked like a charm. It gave the extra comfort that I need so my joints/knees don't get jarred. It did move a little bit on the carpet, and I had to adjust the mat a couple times, but that's totally expected with all the jumps, burpees, push ups, and craziness that the Insanity workout is lol :) It does have a really cool textured bottom on the mat that does a good job of gripping the floor. The mat size 6' X 4' worked great for me. I'm only 5'2". I think though if you are closer to 6 feet in height definitely go for the 7 ft mat instead, especially if you plan on doing push ups or planks on this mat. It's better to go a little bigger I'm thinking. The quality of the mat is definitely 2 thumbs up. I'm not scared to let my dog run around on it like other mats that can tear with her claws. Looking forward to using this mat for years to come. :)

Love this exercise mat. I wasn't sure at first if I wanted one this large. I do a lot of Apple Fitness+ and this mat is great for a lot of the Pilates, Strength and Core type programs. Glad I have it. It's rugged and comfortable on my knees and elbows.

I've been working out on a tile floor and have a thick yoga mat when I do floor work to cushion my knees and back but it's a pain constantly moving it around. This is SO perfect! It really does not move at all, I can do ALL my workouts on it. Now not only am I not constantly pushing a yoga mat around but I have some cushion for all my jumping, lunges which is much easier on my feet and joints! I only wish I bought it sooner! I got the 6X4 size, I'm 5'1" and it's perfect. Sometimes I go off of it in my HIIT workouts but not by much and it's really no big deal. It's thin enough so I don't trip. The hardest part is rolling it up tight enough to get the bands back around it. I tried to put it into the bag once and gave up. I think any bigger of a mat and that would be a really big pain to try to roll back up unless you're lucky enough to have space to always leave it out.

I was a bit hesitant to spend the money for this mat. Thinking I could use other types of mats instead. Took the chance and ordered a Gorilla Mat - so glad that I did. Heavy enough to stay put, easy to clean and rolls out flat every time! Worth the money!

I was skeptical about spending this type of money on a mat for exercising. The Mat Came with a storage bag and straps to keep it rolled up. The quality is very good. It feels like everything you would expect it to be. it’s easily stored and put back into the bag when not use. It is also very easy to wipe down and clean. It comes with a microfiber towel. I would recommend this to anybody that doesn’t want to workout on their carpet. I wish I bought this years ago.
