Perfect Organization for My Weekly Pills
I had to get a new pill box because after much use, one of the compartment covers broke off at the hinge. We've used these same pill boxes for years. They're so handy to make sure we don't miss our twice a day pills. Each compartment is labeled for day of the week and AM or PM. And, each one holds a lot of pills, which is good at our age because we take a lot. My wife does the honors of filling the box once a week, which is so nice not having to dig through all the bottles twice a day. These are strong plastic containers, and do last a long time. I recommend them, whether you take one pill or a dozen at a time, as they work well for us old people prone to forget.

It works to get the job done, with caveats.....
Old 7-day pill sorter on the bottom, New (this product) on the top. I've been using the old sorter for 20+ years, and while it shows some signs of wear, it functions well. The new sorter is substantially flimsier than the old so I can be assured it won't last another 20 years. In both cases, the flip-top daily lids detach from the bottom, which makes it much easier to fill the compartments. Now for the bad news. For me, since I'm pairing the new with the old, I'm having a difficult time adapting to two things.1. On the old, the morning caps are yellow as in daylight - and evening is dark green as in dark skies. Seems logical, doesn't it? On the new, it's just the opposite - morning is darker (blue) and evening is lighter colored (light green). If you're a first-time buyer of this style sorter, it shouldn't be a problem but if you're older and/or have problems with change, just be careful to make sure you're filling and taking the right day/morning or evening set of pills.2. Note that the caps on the old are labeled opposite each other and on the new they face the same direction. When I use my old sorter, I remove the pills I want (AM or PM) and then turn the sorter around for the next set of pills. I did this with the new sorter and found myself almost taking the wrong day's pills since both set of caps face one direction.I'm giving 4 stars because I know my CONS are personal and will not affect everyone but would like to give it 3 stars.

Compartments need work
I've had these exact ones in the past - super simple, worked well but after many years, the lids didn't stay securely closed. So I ordered another two. Compared to the older ones, the plastic is about 1/2 the thickness. But then, everything nowadays is.....less. When opening a compartment, about half snagged the next lid, sometimes 3 opened. So I simply sanded each lid side to eliminate any burrs/overlap. They are working fine now. Not so sure how long these will last, being much thinner.Received both quickly, one had a damaged corner (3 lids cracked open, one compartment smashed. Had to return it and vendor replaced it quickly once the return label got scanned in for return. Unfortunately my local stores only have the pill boxes with rounded front edges that flip over when you try to open a lid. Good luck.

How easy can this be ?!
Simple pill box that does what I expected. Easy to remove flip up top to fill pills . Seems strong enough to last a good long while . Taking this with me on travel sure beats taking bottles .

Med Dispenser
I was afraid before seeing the size of this med dispenser of the size,, such as how many pills/capsules/tablets would fit in each space. But it ended up being the perfect size. The whole container is the perfect travel size. It is easy to open which is a plus with arthritis in the hands. Easy to snap shut & it does not flip open when tossed or dropped. Purchase two in different colors.

It's Worth the Price
I purchased this pill box to replace one I had been using for years and the lids were starting to open on their own. This box is slightly smaller but it still works fine for me. I bought this last year and have been using it for a number of months. I am starting to see a weakening of the lids already. I must check the lids and make sure all are secure before I take my pills out of the AM or PM day slot. It still works fine but I have a feeling I may be replacing this within the next year.

Holds lots of pills, a little unhandy for old hands to use.
The organizer has, as advertised, large pill containers, something many of us really need. I like that. I have found, however, that the lids to the individual containers are not especially easy to open. In addition, sometimes in spite of that, they open inadvertently and spill several days’ pills out. Perhaps it is only my clumsy fingers that are at fault.
