The "Tonkotsu Ramen Broth" contains milk. Please consider trying "Miso Ramen Broth" it doesn't contain milk. -Tonkotsu Ramen contains: Wheat, Milk, Soybean, Shrimp -Miso Ramen contains: Wheat, Soybean

Q: Is there a lower sodium version? This has so much sodium!

Q: What’s the Shelf life? I can’t find an expiration date on package

The expiration date is printed on each Concentrate packet. :) And here's their storage Direction. [Shelf life: 9months at cool, dry place. Up to 12months in the refrigerator.] Hope this will help you!
