Great cheap Ubiquiti Ethernet switches
I needed a solution to allow multiple Ethernet devices to connect to one Ethernet jack at employee work areas (e.g. VoIP phone, Ethernet printer). These little switches were perfect and integrate well into an Ubiquiti network solution PROs: - Accepts PoE to power the switch so no power adapter needed - Shows up in the Unifi portal as a device; easy to see and manage CONs: - None so far

Works great.
Great investment !

No power cable included
Should have read the comments, it does not come with a power cable. The product is good, just not all inclusive.

Good POE or USB-C little hub.
Great little hub that supports being powered over Ethernet. It does not allow powering other devices over POE but that is understandable. It also does not fully support all switch features but does support some layer 2 features such as: port isolation, Storm control, port mirroring, multicast, flow control, jumbo frames and rate limiting. The vlan tagging is I believe not a completely implemented feature of if you need to do vlan tagging you may need to check on that as a feature.

Compact and Reliable Mini Switch
Very easy to use mini switches. These things are great especially if you are powering them from a PoE switch since you do not need to plug in a power adapter. I use one of these are my home desk to provide hard wiring to my work and home computer. Very small and compact, super convenient.

POE makes it great
I found this to be very well built, barely larger than a deck of cards with ethernet ports. Setup was simple (assuming you find Unifi setup simple). I have used it for quite a while with no connectivity issues and total support of advertised speed. The best capability is the option of external or POE power.

Great option if you need a small managed switch in a Ubiquiti network
We were burning through cheapo 5 port switches left and right due to constant power fluctuations. Finally wised up and grabbed a few boxes of these as we're already running Unifi equipment elsewhere on the network (AP's, L2/3 switches, the occasional router). Our existing Unifi controller adopted them, did the automatic firmware updates, and haven't had a single hiccup since deployment. Can fully control all the switch features from the controller just like their enterprise products. They're powered by either PoE from the uplink port or USB-C if your upstream is non-PoE. Gotta supply your own USB-C power cable / brick if you go this route.

Use at your own risk. Unreliable, will jam your network unexpectedly.
Update: Dropping to 1 star I thought these were working fine. Using the java app from the website and the general setup was great. I was actually getting ready to update the stars from 3 to 4, maybe 5. So imagine my surprise when my network just stopped working. Ethernet and WiFi. These decided to stop working and somehow were interfering with WiFi devices on the network. On the application the devices were actively refusing to be adopted to the network. Easy fix I thought, I'll just facotry reset them and start from scratch. Nope. After a few hours of troubleshooting and googling I've given up. I removed them from the network and now the WiFi is working just fine, back to using Netgear and Cisco devices. I don't know if these just don't like working with other network devices or what but everything about this feels sketchy and unreliable. I'm used to Cisco products with basic networking experience. I wanted a simple switch for rooms that have multiple computers and network traffic because I prefer cable over WiFi. This isn't plug and play, you need to set it up first which is a complaint I have. These wouldn't let me access them when powered on and connected via LAN like you can with a lot of other products. The application you can download from the website however is effective. Once you have Java and the application installed, you'll run the setup through a browser and it's pretty much easy mode from there. I have mixed feelings about this brand. The app on the phone doesn't like to work for setting it up through a wifi connection that isn't a Ubiqui product. I haven't gotten a Ubiquiti wifi device so we'll see. I don't feel like I can trust this line of products because if they factory default for whatever reason through hacking or net outage and you don't have a computer with the proper application and you can't log in because you have no internet access, these are just paperweights. I haven't found a work around if something like this does happen so don't expect these to work if the company goes out of business, the authentication server isn't working or your government or owner takes control of everything and just shuts things down or they get hacked. You have a very narrow degree of ownership and control over these. I wouldn't be surprised if these are being used to spy on people.

Item is very misleading and should be corrected or removed. I ordered based on the listing and was expecting to receive 3x Unifi Flex switch (which is an outdoor rated POE switch). What I received was a 3 pack of Unifi Flex Mini Switches (which are POE powered and not outdoor rated). Considering that the Flex Mini is a $45 switch (Canadian), selling the 3 pack at $255.77 and listed as a Unifi Flex 3 pack is a mistake on the sellers end. The seller approved my return.
