Great for taking that special knife on the go
I had bought a Cutco knife and I take it camping. I needed something to put it to protect it and also protect my bag from getting cut from the blade. Its a little big for the knife but the little strap holds it in nicely. Works perfectly for what I need it for. The leather also feels pretty great and durable. Great value for the money.

Happy Knife Happy Life
I got this to protect my 7" Shun classic hollow-ground santoku knife. It fits pretty loose since it's a universal sheath that accommodates 8" chef knives but until Kai makes its own santoku sheath this may be the best it gets. The strap still holds the sheath on the knife though so it's not too loose. The leather adds a nice look too.
