This powder very easily dissolves in water…even room temperature! It has a very slight “ taste” to it…faintly “ fishy” but very tolerable. Sometimes I just mix it in water and rub some on my inner upper arm for transdermal application. For me personally, I find it gives me a boost of energy, clears the “ brain fog” …from what I’ve read it has something to do with the manufacture of choline in the brain…and makes my muscles feel better. I’m 65 years old with health issues, so this really is helpful for me.
