This is a must for any man who is having prostate issues especially as they age. It has all the essential herbs that help the prostate - saw palmetto, pumpkin seed oil and other herbs and products. It makes a difference.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was told by a family member. Effectiveness: I've been using this for 2 weeks and have noticed what 2 pills at supper has done. A noticeably larger amount. Very happy after 20 yrs.

Highly recommended. The very best prostate medicine and more effective than prescription Flomax which sometimes has side effects. Have used for over 2 years and take 1 morning, 1 night and seldom have to get up. Prefer the cost to the side effects and incomplete help.

It's difficult to qualify the benefits of vitamins but I've been taking MPX 1000 for over 10 years and saw palmetto before that for the benefit of my prostate and I have no problems. Is that because of these vitamins I can't say for sure but I think anything you can do to benefit your health by natural means is a big plus. I believe these herbs and vitamins do that and so I will continue and this product I feel offers a great combination of the right ingredients to assist my health. Better than others!

It is not perfect, but it does not have any of the ...
I have compared it with other products and it seems to be more of a complete support for the prostate. It is not perfect, but it does not have any of the side effects of prescription meds. I went from getting up at night 3 to 4 times to 1 maybe 2 times per night. No more pain while urinating and no feeling of an incomplete emptying of the bladder.

More natural treatment.
Have used this product for 2 months. Just got second bottle. Bought as a more natural replacement for Flo max. Too early to tell how well it's working. I'm giving it a little more time.
