Good stuff
I saw good results with this product. I didn't do a loading phase the 1st time around and only did 5 g a day for 4 weeks and saw minimum results . I then took a month off and tried again . This time I did a loading phase of 25g a day for 7 days then I went to 5g a day for 4 weeks. So a total of 5 week cycle and saw some real results. Everyone's body reacts to things differently. For me, I got much stronger and weirdly my cardiovascular endurance sky rocketed. I didn't gain much weight, maybe 4lbs. But I did get much leaner. It added about 3 to 4 more reps to every set. I would say for me, the best thing about this product is how it helped my overall endurance / recovery. I am 38 years old, 5'7 178lbs. I recommend this product .
