Natural Factors, PGX Daily Ultra Matrix, Weight Management Support with MCT Oil, 240 Count (Pack of 1)

As a very active person, running half marathons, body attack classes etc...I couldn't figured out why I couldn't shed the final 15-20 pounds to get to the weight I wanted. These pills along with Dr. humans suggestions for the first 10 days worked wonders. I used to snack at 10am and again at 7:30, after a full dinner. I dropped 8 pounds in the 10 days and have taken another 2-3 off in the days since. You have be willing to change your eating habits or you'll just pack the pounds back on if you stop these pills. I quit all sugar, even fake sugar like Splenda. I also cut even further back on bread/carbs, although I didn't eat much before. And I now stick to lean protein, tons of veggies, and kale/blueberry/strawberry smoothies every am. My tummy flab is gone and I don't get bloated. You could probably take these and keep eating crap, but to me I don't want to gain anything back and love the way I feel. Almost been 3-weeks. Yesterday my friend had Cheetos, my love of all snack foods. I asked her for one, had one, and didn't have any desire for more. Got a little Cheetos fix and that was good. The best thing is that this has curbed my snacking big time.

I've been using this for a little over a week and it's amazing. I've struggled with my weight for my whole life and whenever I try to cut back on calories I am so hungry. I have hyperglycemia and always have to have food on hand. I noticed immediately lower hunger and a huge difference in cravings. For the first time in my life I can have sweets on hand and forget they are there. Incredible. Within a day of starting this I cut ~500 calories a day out of my diet. Literally no other changes. I'm not even up to the full dose yet. Fullness is a nice pleasant fullness just like they say. I had a little nausea at first, this went away within a day. I'm up to 3 softgels/meal and eat noticeably less. The difference in the amount of snacking/cravings is literally unbelievable, so quickly. I sound like an infomercial! Now I eat less than my partner, who is one of those maddeningly naturally thin people who can do yoga for like 8 hours and just want a Luna bar for dinner. I have not really lost any weight yet but it's only been a week. I have no doubt I'll be dropping pounds in no time.

I haven't had my blood cholesterol checked since I started taking PGX, but this stuff really has improved my life. I have heard that this type of fiber can help regulate your blood sugar, but since I don't measure my BGL I can't say if my blood sugar has improved or not. I do know that I used to be ravenously hungry all the time, and taking the PGX regularly has really helped reduce that and I can eat less now. I used to take the powdered fiber in the capsules that Natural Factors makes, but these softgels looked more potent so I switched to these.My bottle arrived quickly and it was in perfect condition. The gelcaps are large in size, but easy to swallow. This product is far less expensive at Amazon than buying it at a local health food store. Thanks for a perfect order.

I'm in one of those ruts, gain weight - lose weight then gain it back. I've been a big guy most of my life, and really hate it but am too lazy to do anything about it so have always been searching for the magic pill. Found it. I think! PGX Daily isn't like so many other pills out there, it doesn't mess with your body in that there are chemicals in it to make you feel like you're full. Instead PGX Daily is like a SUPER FIBER BAR in pill form. Eat it, drink 8oz or more of water and the pills are supposed to expand in your stomach so you feel full.I've been taking these only for about a month and not every day but try in the morning with my breakfast and again at dinner.I am also eating sensibly at lunch because I sit all day, so my lunch has typically been salad with some carbs (can't get away from those carbs).Although I've not lost a significant amount of weight, it's helped me feel full so that I can get past the morning without craving carbs or anything else. I've also started to drink more water and eat more fruits and vegetables -- again part of an effort to make lifestyle changes.In addition to all of this I'm walking 3-5 miles per day.While there is no miracle diet pill to help you lose weight, I found PGX Daily makes me feel full longer so that I don't get cravings an hour after breakfast or dinner. I do plan to continue to use PGX Daily for the next few months to see how well it works, I find with any type of supplements one month is not enough to gauge its effectiveness.

Tried the PGX with reservation .My nephew from CANADA has been taking it since last November 2011& lost quite a few pounds did not even recognized him when I got picked up from the airport.Anyways asked just curious what he was doing to lose weight.He showed me the tub tried it for 2 weeks during my stay and resumed when I came back home till my order came.Delivery was very prompt.About the product ,seems to be effective already lost 2 pounds in a month did not have any cravings at all.The first few days you would experience loose bowel movement .I guess that's good as the cleansing phase.A word of advice drink lots of agua as you will be thirsty.Like any other diet supplement portion control is advisable but you will not be hungry anyways. Good luck to all of us who are working to beat obesity.Walk about 15-30 mins a day is helpful.

The reason why I rated this product low on value for money is that I paid over $50 for this bottle, without any warning that it causes a lot of diarrhea. I wish that I had known this prior and I wouldn’t have purchased it. For me, I just threw $50 in the trash.

This product is really a great weight loss tool. It's so easy to take. Just take 3-4 supplements 10-15 min. before a meal and one eats a little bit of food to satisfy and the cravings for sweets disappear. I have lost 8 pounds in less than a month so far, and I am very pleased with this product. I will continue purchasing this product all my life for weight loss, good health, and for weight management once all my excess pounds are off.

This product is taking away my carving. The pulls are too big for swallowing but not a big deal.I have lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks.Highly recommend for foody people who wants loose weight.
