I bought two cases for our vacation trip to Costa Rica. Normally, I use the phone 'naked' but during active vacations we prefer to have our hands free and have the phone readily available to take photos and not miss the opportunity by reaching into the pocket for retrieval. The build quality is very good. I was confident that the phone would not pop out - and it did not the entire vacation. The lanyard is solid and the adjustment is easy. Only one concern might be the durability of the lanyard (rope) but I have not used it long enough to make a call.Both my wife and I preferred to use the case cross-body style as it was less strain on the neck, especially since we were wearing collarless tops. I could wear it like that for hours with minimal to no discomfort. However, be aware that if you want to hand carry the phone with the case, the setup is quite bulky after rolling up the lanyard. Personally, I would just pop the phone out of the case when not participating in any activity.Now that I am back from vacation, this case is back in storage awaiting our next trip. I would not hesitate to buy this brand again when the iPhone 14 Pro Max comes out this fall ;-)

Product. I love this product because the case is clear and the loops are extremely durable. The only thing that I didn’t like was the strap. The weight of the phone actually digs into your skin The Knick and it’s uncomfortable

I usually have use a Bandolier Leather Case for my phone because I love being hands free yet accessible but I ruined it with all the alcohol disinfecting. I am at the hospital often and needed something with a strap that I could wipe often with alcohol. This works well! Sturdy and protective. I added an adhesive credit card holder on the back and it’s as if I have another Bandolier case. This was a perfect fix until my hospital visits decrease. I do miss the option to detach the straps but it’s not really a big deal.

This is an interesting design. It can be any length around your neck. It is very sturdy. I used it while hiking in the winter. The adjusting length is very handy when you need to take it off and you are bundled up in a lot of clothes. I only gave it 4 stars because you have to change out your existing case to use it and the rope that hangs around your neck is cotton so I am thinking it won't be a good choice for summer with sunscreen, sweat etc.
