Very nice
First delivery delivered one singular unit instead of a box of 12 for some reason and you can’t obtain a replacement without contacting Amazon directly. They sent a replacement and got the correct amount second time round. Very nice though, will buy again.

Keep sending me only 1 packet for £23.99
I've purchased the product twice before and had no problems, 2 12 packet boxes arrived next day. However I've ordered twice again over the last 2 days and I've had a single packet of 2 cups sent out to me. I've been refunded both times but that's not the point

Only 1 unit of this product was sent instead of 12. Paid £22 and have been unable to get refund or the remaining product sent.
