This is high quality and I’m loving it so far! But I’ve seen some reviews that I can easily understand why they are having some issues.Light flickering/odd behavior - this is a high power battery charger so you can’t plug this into your Xbox or the wall puck that came with your cell phone, as those are only 1 amp or less. You need a wall puck that does at least 3 amps.Controller won’t turn on/ battery stuck - the battery has an orientation, you can’t just throw it in. And this is actually a good thing. Pay attention to the notch on one side of the battery, it fits into a notch in the battery well of the controller. If you get that backwards it’s going to take a lot of force to insert and then it will be tough to remove, and also the controller will not turn on.Paying attention to these 2 details, the device and batteries are fantastic. Very tasteful looking battery dock that nails the Xbox theme.

Lasted me forever!!!! Saves me lots of money. Im writing this review at least two years since I bought it and they're still fantastic. No issues what so ever. Easy to use. If you have an Xbox, buy this!

I bought these in Feb 2022 and I wanted to pop back in and drop a review as I’m tossing a new order into my cart.These bad boys have kept my controller rolling since my purchase. Love them. Use them almost daily for multiple hours on end. They’ve gotten a lot of use in the last 2 years and I’m just now noticing the battery life isn’t as great as it once was. All things considered, not bad for the cost and I’m very happy that they’ve gone 2 years before needing to be replaced. If you’re a casual player only a few hours of gaming here and there, these guys will probably last you even longer than they lasted me. Really great purchase! I highly recommend!

Amazing product. All batteries came in charged, none are defective. They charge well and easily. Can be charged into my Xbox’s USB port. Batteries fit nicely, however it is to fat that my case won’t close. So it’ll simple be an open case battery. Besides that very nice product.

I got this because i hate using disposable batteries, and the charging stations for the whole controllers never worked for me.This works! I have two Xbox’s in my house and I have enough battery’s to be able to keep them charge and switch them out when I need to!The light on I is bright, so be mindful not to keep it next to your bed.

If you game a lot you need these, way cheaper than constantly buying batteries. They charge fast and the battery last a while before needing to change. I got them for my fiancé for Xmas last year and they’ve been a game changer

These things are great. They are the right size for my xbox controllers, you can turn the light off if needed, and the look fits right into my set up. None of them have died out or broken on me yet. I only use one controller so these make it to where I always have an available battery but I would say it takes an hour or two to charge a dead one.
