In comparison to the mini lamp that I used to use time wise I did make a big difference to me on the process on doing my nails and not to mention how well and fast ges the product cure. I recently purchased this SUNUV Gel UV LED Nail Lamp and it has completely transformed my at-home nail care routine – it’s like having a mini salon in my own home. (The box arrived bashed, but it was packaged by Amazon and their packing is hit or miss; the lamp works fine, though.) I used to do my manicures using gel nail polish with all of the steps that go along with that and as nice as they looked, it was a time-intensive routine. At the time, I owned a very expensive, high-end UV light and ended up selling it a few years ago when I just got tired of the routine. Fast-forward to now when I only just discovered semi-cured gel nail strips (what took me so long?!) and these have been a game changer. I love the huge variety of colors and patterns and designs and they’re so easy to apply. I know this lamp may be overkill for this specific application, but I don’t care – I love it! The mini lamp that comes with some of the nail strip kits is adequate, but having this lamp makes for a quicker cure and I can ensure that they’re cured well.The various timer settings are great, but I do wish they were displayed on the front or even side of the lamp. I keep it plugged in on my table and I always have to turn the lamp around to ensure I’m selecting the right timer. I know I could use the Smart Sensor technology where you just slide your hand in and the light goes on, but because I’m using nail strips, I prefer to adhere to the exact time specified in the instructions.I like that this lamp emits daylight non-ultraviolet light that’s supposed to be safer for the skin and eyes, but I still wear gloves as added protection. I don’t move it around much (other than to look at the timer setting), but it’s a lightweight design and can easily be moved around which is helpful when applying semi-cured gel nail strips on my toes. If you’re looking to elevate your nail care routine, this lamp is an absolute must-have at a very reasonable price.

I like to do my nails at home. I bought a led lamp long time ago and it didn't work well so I stop using it and just let my nails air dry. This one works a lot better. This one dry my nails very fast. However, it only works well on regular gel nail polish. For fake nails, it doesn't work at all. I'll try a diff glue and update here.

I've had this for almost 3 years now!! So if anyone wanted to know the longevity of this product!!... then there's my proof!(: I can promise you that it lasts so long at least from my experience!! I'm only looking for a small one finger portable lamp. Which is how I came across this one again & I promise you it is VERY good lamp! Like, my absolute favorite out of three that I bought, I gave away one & then put away the other. Bc THIS one is my favorite. This one does the actual job!!! 💯 🤌🏻👌🏼

I use a professional name LED lamp in my salon. I had a slightly older lamp, same brand, that I used for toes. I had so many problems with clients bumping their toes on it or not getting a full cure because their toes weren't under the light completely. I was searching for a different light, just for my toe clients, and this one is perfect! The height on it is fantastic and my clients don't have to move their foot at all. I can safely place the light over their foot and not worry about smudging toes or not getting a full cure.
