I really love this item for making consistently sized meatballs quickly. Prepare your favorite meatball recipe and you are ready to go. The directions demonstrate how to prepare and use the meatballs in several ways. My family likes meatball subs and I can prepare all I need in minutes. I also like to prepare more for freezing. This item cleans up quickly with soap and water and has not shown signs of wear or staining. I would highly recommend this product.

I tried this several times and gave up. There is no way to make perfect meatballs unless you do it manually. They fell apart so I donated it to a church for their flea market. I should have known better but I was too impulsive when I bought it thinking I would be taking the easy way out. Since I'm Italian I have made thousands of meatballs in my life! This was not the way to go, they were too small, fell apart when cooked and then I had to wash this contraption. Sure it was fast but it the long run definitely not worth it. Save your money and do it the old fashioned way.

This is excellent for making nice even sized meatballs. BUT after I coat the meatball trays with vegetable oil I load them and freeze them. After they are partially or totally frozen I unload them, very easily. If overloaded with a lot of mixture on the sides, the meatballs will fuse together resulting in difficulty in separating. If you want to unload without freezing, it would depend how tight or loose the mixture is. I have not tried this yet. For my purpose of freezing while loaded, this is excellent.

I used this to make a very large batch of around 5.5 - 6 lbs of meatballs. It made just over 5 batches of 16 ending up with 81 meatballs in this size. They are a good size. The product was easy to use, comes with clear instructions and pictures. My only real complaint is they do get stuck in the mold after you press them. I thought my mixture might be to warm so I put it in the fridge to firm up but that didn't help either. So I finally gave it a light spray with avocado oil (sprayed but top and bottom) and that helped a lot, they released right away. I only had to spray lightly once, I didn't need to spray all five batches. Overall it was a huge help. I definitely recommend this if you make large batches or if you have trouble with portioning and rolling.

I make different kinds of meatballs at least once a week. Italian, taco, meatloaf, General Tso's, etc. This product takes all the work out of making round meatballs. Although there are a couple of steps to the process, once you do it a time or two it's easy, and the meatballs come out intact without much effort. I made 36 meatballs in about 5 minutes. Huge time saver for me!

Complete waste. Spent more time cleaning it than what we spent trying to follow the directions. Meat does not fill little cups completely. You’ll have air pockets. Easier and quicker to just scoop meatballs.

Absolutely perfect watch video do what he does, but instead of shaking it around, I slammed it down on my counter. I also very liberally oiled both top and bottom of the pressor.

Hard to clean, messy. Makes ok meatballs but too much trouble.
