Perfect release
Such cute cakelets, and with a quick spritz with baking spray that has flour in it they release perfectly. Since they are labeled "evergreens" you can use them all winter long and not just for the holiday season. I have a collection of Nordic Ware bundt pans and other pans for Easter and other occasions and love them all. This is quality bakeware.

Cute tree molded pan
Bought for myself as I have holiday plates with trees. Will use as gifts to take home as a dessert. Nordicware is the best!! Adorable pan for Christmas and beyond.

Love it!
This is a beautifully well made pan with some good weight to it. It was considerably less expensive on Amazon compared to buying it on the Nordic Ware website when factoring in the shipping cost I would have had to pay. I used a cooking spray that contained flour and the cakes poppped out perfectly!

Shape is great
Used these for cakes and banana bread and the shape held up fabulously. Depending on what you are making does cause a little bit of difficulty in cleaning and removal but very minimally.

Worked very well
This pan was easy to use and clean. The cake/cookies turned out great. I used Bak-Klene to spray the pan and then eased the edges with a knife -they popped right out.
