Q: Does this set have star tips with the hole? For security star bolts

I think it does. Zoom in on the pic with the bits and you can see the shapes on the black holder

Q: On the top of the page on Amazon, showing the inch combination wrenches, you picture shows a 5/18" wrench, no such wrench. Isn't it a 5/16"?

Its a typo. The wrench is 5/16".

Q: Is there any type of long term warranty?

Standard warranty. I would not recommend that toolbox. Metal rusts fast and the box it self break while you carry the tools. The tools are way too heavy for that plastic box.
