Forget those useless supplements and go with real food.
Excellent taste, buttery. no strong smell as with sardines....but both the cod liver and sardines help replaces my daily fish oil caps...of which the overwhelmingly majority of is rancid...attested to by the constant complaint of fish burps after ingestion. kudos to the best source of omega 3's that I have ever had

Bought 3 different Cod Liver brand and this was on the top, Can was full with liver, texture and taste is also really good. I would recommend it, and will re order.
