In the first container, the inactive ingredients were listed as: Liver Powder, Chicken Flavor, Bacon Flavor, Silicon Dioxide, WheyNow they are listed as: Whey, Liver Power, Chicken Flavor, Bacon Flavor, Silicon DioxideThe containers are now much bigger, due to all of the whey, which is probably a cheaper filler for the manufacturer. Also, whey is derived from milk, and feeding your dog dairy is not ideal.This new formula doesn’t agree with our boy at all. He’s terribly gassy and has started having bouts of diarrhea. I’ll be looking for a new probiotic.Original Review:Our dog recently had back surgery, and with neurological issues comes less mobility and the dreaded UTI. He’s had three of them in the past few months. The antibiotics can cause digestive distress, as can the prednisolone he took for several weeks.His first course antibiotics, along with the steroids, gave him horrible diarrhea. Our vet prescribed Purina FortiFlora (a probiotic), and I was not happy at all with it. It was ridiculously expensive, the first ingredient is animal digest, and even though he took it twice a day for 15 days, it did nothing to curb the diarrhea he was suffering. Definitely time to find a different probiotic.I researched a lot of probiotics and couldn’t be happier with my choice. I just sprinkle this on Cosi’s kibble, and he chows down.Since starting him on WetNoze Health probiotics, he’s had two more UTIs, requiring another two courses of strong antibiotics, and he hasn’t had a single bout of diarrhea. He now has perfectly formed, solid stools (and never any constipation).Also, for years we’ve fed him Earthborn Holistic kibble, which is made up of high quality ingredients, but it still tended to make him gassy at times. And if we gave him a nibble of human food, that generally caused gas as well. This probiotic has taken care of that smelly issue, and no doubt my baby feels better too!His coat also looks great, and he sheds much less now.One container lasts him 90 days, so it’ll be time to reorder soon. I highly recommend WetNoze to anyone who’s considering probiotics for their dog.

Our rescue german shepherd had a parianal fistula and allergies when we adopted him. He was on $400 worth of meds a month between HA dog food for 3 months, Atopica and antibiotic for bacteria in his intestines and ointments. He was miserable. We had just lost our 11 yr old shepherd who had also had a fistula and allergies and I slowly changed Bear over to what we had used on our last shepherd. These probiotics do what they say they will do!!! No gas, no allergies and no more diarrhea or overgrowth of bacteria in the intestines. He has no problem with it being sprinkled on his food...it actually smells good. I will always order this product as I'm not about to try to save a few dollars to try another brand and have the dog suffer. I know this one works and have been using it for Bear now for almost a year now.

My lil dog will eat almost anything he can get a hold of. Trouble is, he has a very sensitive tummy and, while we try to watch his diet carefully if he eats the wrong thing he gets the runs and throws up all over the place. NOT FUN. We'd tried him on a different type of probiotics once before but they didn't seem to make much difference so we thought we'd give this a try.Within 2 days his stools were normal and he'd stopped getting sick every few days. He's been on it about 2 weeks now with no incidents at all. Of course, we are still watching what he eats, but he's still eating everything he can get a hold of.We have another dog with sensitive skin (she itches a lot) so we thought we'd try her on it too. It seems to be helping in that area also. I will definitely buy again (in about 6 months when I run out) and recommend it to everyone I can.

I have a dog who eats super duper fast and consumes feces. I tried 4 different coprophagia supplements to stop it that never worked. This product has dramatically reduced his bloating, helped with gas and indigestion, and he also doesn't eat poop anymore!!!! Love it!!

This stuff is amazing. My son has a 12 year old chocolate Lab that was unstable on her feet at times and was loosing her hair on the lower half of her back and tail. I had her on it for one week and she was more stable and the hair stopped falling out and started growing back. I stopped it for two days and she’s losing her hair again and is unstable. I started her back on it and my son will continue it. I also give it to my 10 year old 3 pound chihuahua and he eats all his food where before he was a picky eater. My Australia Shepherd puppy also enjoys it.

I received the probiotic I ordered and was pleased to find that it was easy to administer (sprinkled on food) and it helped stabilize the digestion of my old girl who has Cushing's disease. I have 2 dogs: one is a Pit/Lab mix at 8yrs old, the other is a 19yr (!) old Rat Terrier. Both have been on probiotics for many years now. They were both constipated in varying degrees, and neither would touch canned pumpkin. So, I started them on probiotics after trying varying foods that didn't help. I, generally, buy what is cheapest in the 3+ billion CFU range. I have come back to WetNoze more than 3 times because of the following:1) Their price is in the median-range for this product type.2) I get it Prime.3) I know my dogs respond well to it.4) One can (6oz) lasts me 2-3 months for my dogs.Honestly, as long as the product has that 3 billion CFU, or more, then they seem to work just fine. To me, price + # of doses make the difference more than anything. BUT, when there's nothing as good as WetNoze available at a lower price, I return to buying their product.
