Very poor quality. Worse buy and totally overpriced for what it delivers . Not comfortable, low battery life and it falls easily and when looking to adjust it turns off. And connectivity is def an issue. As it fails to connect after several times

Product is very bad, this isn't how I know JBL works. Battery isn't stable, left ear malfunctions when using both buds. Both box and air bud work doesn't last. Wish I didn't buy it. I will definitely return it. Wish I can rate 0star

One side not working disappoint

The product is not working properly now. It has some issue need to check or return it back need to be repaired or fixed it.

Do not buy this product. I think paper cup and string has better sound quality. Really let down because i have JBL speaker and its really good. These are awful. The highest volume is low and sound is unclear and crackly. What a shame JBL.

I recently got these JBL wireless earphones, and I have some mixed opinions about them. Visually, these earphones have a compact design, but they turned out to be larger than they initially appeared, which can be a downside as it takes away from their intended portability. One aspect that proved to be quite frustrating was the touch control feature. With a light touch while wearing the earphones, the music pauses. While this may seem like a convenient feature, it often became bothersome as I frequently paused the music accidentally with unintentional touches. This aspect of the touch controls can certainly be a nuisance and detracts from the overall listening experience. Moving on to the case, it falls short in terms of build quality. The case does not provide the solid construction that I would expect, which is disappointing. A sturdy case is essential to protect the earphones during transportation, and unfortunately, this case does not meet those expectations. However, the redeeming aspect of these earphones is the sound quality. The audio output is surprisingly good considering the price. While it doesn't stand out among other high-end options, it also doesn't offer poor sound quality. I would rate it around a 6 out of 10. It's not the best sound I've ever heard, but it is decent enough for casual listening. In conclusion, the JBL wireless earphones have a compact design, but their larger size is a drawback for portability. The touch control feature can be frustrating with unintended music pauses. The case's build quality is disappointing, as it lacks the necessary sturdiness. However, the sound quality, while not exceptional, is satisfactory for the price, rating around a 6 out of 10.
