I keep these single-use Restorelax packs on hand for occasional constipation, as recommended by our gastrointestinal doctor. They’re easy to mix with water or juice and don’t have any taste, which makes them easier to give. Safe to use occasionally even with IBD and Crohn’s in our case, but definitely ask your own doctor for personal guidance.
