Q: I feel like I know the answer but is this considered biodegradable? Would it be considered littering if we do confetti pictures in a park?

They are differnt pieces inside the bag and different sizes. Nothing too big. I used them for cascarones

Q: Can I put it on invitation card

You could probably spread some glue and it would adhere
