Well, if you're body is cycling food out of you faster than you can absorb the nutrients, carbs, or fats from those meals, then of course you're going to lose weight! Personally, I'm old enough to know how crucial those nutrients are, not just for today, but to keep my body healthy over the long haul. I'm not willing to trade those nutrients out for a few pounds lost.

This is awesome. I literally do nothing but sit in a chair at work for 8 hours, occasionally getting up to use the restroom, or swipe my paperwork from the printer. I also do nothing at home except run around after my 2 year old, 10 year old, and my pug Frankie and general housekeeping chores. I don't work out, I don't go for walks, and I am the ideal lazy person. I ordered this product along with Sheer Fat Burner for Women on Feb 10, it arrived on Feb 11 and I started taking it that afternoon. I work swing shift, 5 days a week so to have that extra oomph at the end of my night when I get home has been really nice. This is a great product. I'm happy to have lost a handful of pounds using this. But aside from that I'm even happier to be experiencing a much needed break from chronic bloating. I've always had trouble with a bloated belly. I've tried all sorts or diets, supplements, medications and even yoga for bloating. Without fail every night I'd look about 4 months pregnant with bloating and now I don't!! At this point I don't care that it helps me manage my weight, I'm taking it because I finally have relief from daily and painful bloating! Now I can play with my kinds through the evenings, I don't have to cancel date nights with my husband because I can't fit into my clothing, and I can go back to enjoying the countless foods I had stricken from my diet including coffee! Within moderation of course :) If you are like me and suffer from extreme bloating give this a try and give yourself a break from the bloat!

I'm about half way thru the bottle and have not noticed any changes at all do not think it does what it claims so waste of money & time

It seems to work. I am only taking one a day but I have noticed more energy and less of an appetite than my normal. I will purchase again once I am low.

Arrived promptly. I like this product. Seems to give me more energy and helps curb my cravings. I stopped taking it for a month and really felt the difference - won't go without it again!

I'm giving 5 stars as I have no issues with the product so far. However, I've only had it for 3 days and have been using it for 2 days, so its too early to know how it works.

This product makes me very tired, I take one in morning and one in afternoon as directed. I'm unable to drive or chase my 4 kids around and have only been on it for 4 days but somehow it takes all my energy. I don't recommend this product unless you need rest.
