Custom Catch Personalized Dog Collar - Custom Leather with 4 Bold Text Styles and 8 Text Colors, Brown or Black

I feel the quality of the collar is excellent and deserving of a 5 star rating. If I had a larger dog I would buy it without reservations. However I do have 2 issues. The lettering color was supposed to be yellow and I would say it is somewhere between yellow and slime green. Looks good just not really yellow. the second issue as you can see in the picture is the width. Small dog collars tend to be 7/16 width with the widest being 1/2" this one is 3/4" which is very very wide on a 7lb dog. The site only listed the length and I failed to ask the exact width of the small collar assuming it would be proportionately smaller.

I know there are a lot of custom collar makers out there, but this is a very good quality leather dog collar. It even has that great leather "smell." I'm impressed with how quickly it arrived. Sometimes the products you order on Amazon are of so-so quality. Not this. Good flexible thick leather and the printing looks great. The printing may eventually wear out long before the collar does, but then I'll just use a little nail polish to bring it back to life. The printing process puts an indentation in the leather, so you would be able to read this even if all the text paint wears off (due to rain, time, or what not). The collar I ordered is a bit long for an 11-inch neck, but it works.The buckle is soooo much better than the snap locks on most collars. That snap noise scares my dog ... she hates it. I went to one of the major pet stores that start with "P" before ordering this. I wanted a new collar and new tag due to a phone number change. The tag was about $18 and a good leather collar was almost $30. This collar kills two birds with one stone, is excellent quality from a great seller, and saves a ton of money. I don't know why anyone would go the tag ID route with this available. I'll never buy another dog tag again! Love this product. I wasn't paid, given a discount or free product for this review. I'm just super happy with it.

I have a 20 pound Fox Terrier with a 14in. neck. I got the brown collar with the lime green classic letters. My fist impression was that it seemed a bit wide for her and the leather was a bit soft. I was expecting a thick solid leather strap but it appears to be a laminate of sort. Other then that, it looks nice and the service was great. The real test is the test of time. Will check back to let readers know how long it lasts...Sept.26/16: I've had this collar for 3 months now and it's holding up well. My pooch wears it 24/7 and has been in the ocean and many creeks with it while we're out horseback riding. The letters are still clear and have not come off. I originally gave it a 4 but I'm bumping it up to a 5. I expect it to last over a year and after that will probably buy a new one.Jan. 21/18: Time for a new one.

I ordered two collars for my Seach dogs to wear as "civilian" collars with "Search and Rescue K9" engraved on both.I had questions before ordering and the seller answered them within a few hours.I bought two XL collars for my German Shepherd ( 75#) and Belgian Malinois (50#) and they fit well. For a 50# dog you could go with a Large but XL worked well for my Mal.

This collar came quickly. I was worried about not being Prime, but it was like 3 days, so very fast. It turned out great! I would totally order from them again. My only wish and the only thing making this a 4 star instead of 5 star, wish I could give 4.75 stars, is that the inside of the collar is unfinished leather, normally no big deal, but because I have a very fluffy GoldenDoodle his hair gets sort of stuck or matted under the collar, it is difficult to move the collar to another spot on her neck, like for example when I want to hook her leash on, I can't just turn the collar, I have to search under her neck and hook up where ever the loop is and can't move it easily to make it more convenient for me. But hey! The price was very competitive and I am still totally happy. I am thinking I might put duck tape on the inside to make it so it doesn't "grab" hair.

I have ordered these for all 3 of my dogs, multiple times due to phone number changes. I love that as long as my dog has his collar on, my number is on him. Too many times my dogs have had tags come off in the yard or just disappear who-knows-where, so it is a comfort to me to know my number is always there. The colors of the letters are nice and bright, the engraving is deep, and I have had no problems with any of them. Turnaround time on the order is super quick, especially for a personalized item. Definitely recommend. Do your dog a favor and get one.

These little collars are so pretty! My little schnauzer boy loves his! Its thicker than he has been used to but I had to order something this substantialso his little brother couldn't CHEW it OFF! He has tried, has his tooth prints all over the end but he hasn't been able to get it off YET. He chewed off three of the nylon ones. He could snap that fastener quicker than I could! Then chew it up! Little dickens! He has one just like it except for the phone number and he is proud of his 'necklace.' The only thing better than having a Schnauzer is--having TWO. Khode is mine and Mogee lives next door with my grandson. There was rapid response to my order she was nice and quick with the making of these collars and got then to me right away with a nice note. I will be sure to order from her again.
