Pros: Perfect 14x14 size, easily cut to fit. Non-stick surface = no fruit-welding disasters. Great for fruit and herbs. Super easy to clean. Solid quality, reusable, and convenient. Cons: Honestly? Only that now I’m dehydrating everything in sight because cleanup is so easy. (The bananas didn’t stand a chance.) I didn’t know I needed a 12-pack until I started using these, and now I’m convinced they’re the unsung heroes of my dehydrator setup. The 14x14 size is absolutely spot on—fits my trays like a glove. And if you’ve got a different machine? No problem. These cut down super easily without fraying or making a mess. I’ve been running fruit and herbs on them, and let me tell you—zero sticking. Definitely, I must buy if you dehydrating fruits! My products came out a lot nicer looking, and it helped so that when I did fruits, it did not get stuck in the middle to where I was having an appeal my products off. With these my products very easily come off and very easy to clean! Definitely recommend for dehydrating uses. Works for any heat levels so far. I did have to cut them to fit my racks, but still was worth it and better than scraping products of the metal racks! I didn’t notice it holds the flavor and better too with fruits because the juices stay more in place.

No initial smell. Easy to wash. Used them to dehydrate fruit on regular size oven racks at lowest heat setting. Subtracting a star because the grid openings are so small that you need to keep flipping the fruit to dry top and bottom evenly. Still, it's better than buying an expensive dehydrator, finding space to store it and awkwardly cleaning its thight fittting, rigid trays, etc.

I use mine for making salmon jerky perfectly or dehydrating sticky things like fruits. Work great and can cut them to the size you want and it reduces clean up.

They worked great in the dehydrator! Cut them to size and started using them. They washed off nicely for reuse.

These silicone sheets work great. Used them for dehydrating tomato sauce into powder. They fit well on my 10” trays and lip edge stood up well and there wasn’t any wort of sauce overflowing. Washed up fine, no staining from sauce. They came rolled up in a plastic bag that fit in a small box. Glad I kept packing. After washing and drying I just rolled them back up, put them back into plastic bag and box. I put a rubber band around box and that proved such a good method to store them. I bought these for my 12 tray Cabelas/Bass Pro dehydrator. Super easy to cut exactly to size. Food doesnt stick to them. Super easy to wash (admittedly i rarely do as, like i mentioned, nothing seems to stick to them) Definitely recommend these.
