I’ve been using these Gaiam wrist weights for a few weeks now and overall, I’m really happy with them.I mainly wear them during walks and they add just enough resistance to feel like I’m getting a little extra out of my routine.I also love how they look. They are sleek and minimal, almost like a chunky bracelet, so I don’t feel silly wearing them out in public.They’re super comfortable and don’t slip around much, which was a pleasant surprise. The adjustable strap makes them easy to fit, and the quality feels solid for the price.That said, they’re definitely not meant for intense workouts, so if you’re looking to build serious strength, these probably aren’t heavy enough.Also, they can feel a bit snug after extended wear, especially if you have larger wrists or ankles.Overall, great for boosting daily movement and toning a little more without making a big production out of it. Would definitely recommend for anyone easing into fitness or looking to add some resistance to everyday activity.

I really like the look and feel of these. I did add another strap to go around them because I do calisthenics with them on and I need them to stay on. These are good quality weights, but I've yet to find ankle weights that don't need an extra strap to keep them on during rigorous workouts except for the ones that have a buckle that the strap goes through before wrapping it into place. Yet, I'd rather do without the metal buckle. I think the exertion on the weights is placed on the buckle versus the pulling on where the velcro 'adheres' itself. Otherwise, two straps work fine. Hope that's clear. It would be nice if they included a set of wrap around straps and a couple loops for double enforcement or just made them that way because these are really nice. Anyway, I'm keeping mine. I like how they look, these are comfortable, they move easily with me, and I got the really cute neon green/black ones. I like to wear them when I spin cycle and the size is perfect for me.

These ankle weighs are a great product. Made well and the 5lbs total weight was perfect for me. I would have given five stars if they fit me. They are not adjustable, and I knew that, but my skinny ankles were too small to get a good fit.

These are perfect for my afternoon run! I even love them while cooking and doing laundry. They aren’t too heavy and can easily be worn around the house while your getting things down

They are well made but they should be labeled as leg weights. There isn’t any velcro left to wrap around my ankle. I am a petite framed person but these are generally made for women and I would assume they would work but at the tightest fit they flop unless they are at my calves.
