Perfect Solution
Love this dbl stick tape! Have some things to hang on the wall that are too heavy for regular tape. Besides the fact that we're not allowed to put tape on the painted walls, I use painters tape first, then this dbl stick tape on it, and finally my project to hang! Works great and everything comes down when you want to without ruining the paint!! 😍

Strong but leaves no sticky adhesive.
Great product. Used to secure rugs on hardwood floors. Holds really well without leaving residue on rug or floor. Takes effort to remove off the floor but it does come off clean.

Kelasy Tape
My goal was to use the Kelasy Extra Large Double-Sided Tape in my RV though after trying it on various items in my home I am not so sure it will do the job I was hoping it would do. The tape is very sticky and does hold, just not what I was hoping for. I have used it on pictures to adhere to multiple surfaces and it has held up very well. After a year I find that it no longer sticks and starts to come loose. This isn't so bad but I had hoped for a more long-term product. I may try some museum tape next to see if that is closer to what I am hoping for. Depending on what you are looking for this might be the product for you. It is thick, sticky, and holds for a good amount of time. The product certainly does stick better to some surfaces than others, such as glass and smooth surfaces.

Make sure to put it where you want it it’s not coming off
It works I haven’t tried taking it off because if I make it come off the wall paint will come off with it so I guess it’s just going to stay there forever

Not impressed
Either I ask too much or I'm missing something that the other reviewers see that I don't. First of all, the tape comes with no instruction or directions other than the checked and x'd pictures on the cover of the box, half of which were totally obscured by a label that could not be removed to see what was there. The label had a code that could be scanned with the transparency app which I thought might include further directions so I downloaded the app and scanned the code only to see the name of the product - great, no help. The description of the tape indicates that it can stick to "almost anything with a smooth surface so you can stick anything anywhere, such as fix the carpet or paste picture frame, poster, wall sticker, wall decor, etc." Those are the exact words of the description in the Amazon listing. The listing's photos show a living room with what appears to be a painted surface where pictures are hung, presumably with this tape and that is mainly what I was looking for. I thought this would be similar to the magic strips I've used for years. EVERY wall in my house is painted - I found nothing in the description that said not to use it on painted walls. Only when the package arrived did I see that "painted wall" is in the "X" list. Why wasn't this in the description? EVERYTHING shown on the outside of the physical packaging as either appropriate or inappropriate usage of the product should also be listed in the product's description and a label should not be applied over necessary information on the product box - there was plenty of room elsewhere to place that label. After seeing that I could not use this as I originally intended, I decided to try and cut my losses by using it to hang a heavy bell on an aluminum door facing. I cut the tape to fit the entire area of the flush mount where it would otherwise have been screwed into the door and pressed it for the full amount of the time indicated. Later the same day I heard a crash and my beautiful bell was broken in two because the tape didn't hold. To make matters worse, I could not get the tape off the surface of the door frame so now there's a big unsightly blob to greet visitors instead of a beautiful bell. There must be someplace I can use this stuff but I wouldn't trust it to hang anything of value. On top of everything else, I realized that this is the SECOND box of this tape that I ordered, both times thinking that I was getting something I could use on my painted walls and both times finding out that I couldn't only when the box arrived. I'm completely disgusted with myself for doing that but I will not be making that mistake again.

Does not hold
I used this tape for different things...I tried using this to put up a window bird feeder. It lasted 6 hours before it fell. This was to tape acrylic to glass. Then I tried using it on a small, two drawer shelf to put under my desk. This tape is supposed to hold 18lbs. Since the drawer is less then 1/2 pound WITH the pens and post-it notes and such in it (as I said, this is a small drawer), I thought it would hold. The tape lasted 9 hours and the drawer fell. This was to tape plastic to wood.Lastly, I tried to use it place a small shelf on the wall. The shelf was a bit heaver at 1.25 lbs. Again, this tape is SUPPOSED to hold 18lbs. The shelf is small and held some decorative stuffed animals. That's it. The tape lasted 10hrs before falling. This was to tape metal to the wall.Overall....I tried different textures, different weights and this tape SUCKS.I tried different versions of double sided tape and they are holding. The Gorilla Glue double sided tape, I used on the second bird feeder at the same time as the Kelasy tape, and that bird feeder is still standing. It has been through wind storms, rain, and extreme heat (window faces the sun) and it is still holding.
