The sizes are asian and thus can be confusing. I have the largest size and I am about the same size as you are. so get the largest size and it should fit well as it does me.

My husband who’s 200 pounds and 6 feet tall fits the 2XL comfortably. I had read previous reviews that the sizes run very very small. This is TRUE. So you might want to get a 2XL.
