Don't buy this product!!!
I bought 2 of these. The first one broke and I thought maybe my employee was too rough with it. The second broke while resting in the hand after I pulled it out of the package. I will be seeking a full refund.

Broke after a week
Installation went fine. It worked like it's supposed to. It has been near or slightly below freezing and I installed it on a delivery van where it gets used a hundred times a day. But it broke off after about a week of use.

Complete junk
I would not suggest buying this product. Our handle shattered the first time it got cold and tried to open the van door.
