I got these for the 1/4 sheet pans we use in our French Door, Counter size Air Fryer / Oven.I was using parchment paper, but it not only let oil and cooking juices through to the pan sometimes,it also would try to suck up the edges of the paper into the upper heating element, which is a fire hazard and annoying!This fits perfectly into the pan, never moves and gives complete coverage, with no 'bleed through', no matter what we cook on it.It's also very easy to clean, rinse and store right with the pans we use it with!Getting 3 for this price is even BETTER! They really work GREAT!

I bought a four-pack of KICKOIL silicone baking mats to do my annual Christmas cookie extravaganza. I'm extremely pleased with everything about these mats. The price is phenomenal, they fit my new Nordic Ware half sheet pans nearly perfectly, and they functioned flawlessly in the oven. This was a great buy. The mats fit half-sheet pans perfectly and keep the sheet pans clean. These mats remove the need to grease the baking sheet, so there is no build-up of sticky baked-on grease or spray. Baked goods are easily removed. The mats are of good quality and have a nice thickness. I use one of these mats under my air fryer on my counter. That way, I don't need to be concerned that the fryer will mark up my counter with the heat it emits from the base.

Silicone mats, are non stick. Mine held up fine in the oven. Clean up is easy. Just keep in mind use of these mats will increase cook time. I baked some cookies on these and the bake time had to be nearly doubled.

My husband thought I had lost my mind when these came in. He said he had never seen anything like this before, but I had seen these on cooking shows. They are wonderful, absolutely nothing sticks to these. They are so easy to clean I just wash them off with hot soapy water and then dry them with a dish towel and they are ready to go again. It saves all of that scrubbing on pans trying to get stuck things off. I don't know why I didn't know about these sooner. I think every kitchen should have these.
