Slim and light
Good little laptop. I use it for hp tuners to tune my truck. I switched from using my apple to this full time. It’s a great little laptop. Battery will drain when not using it but battery life is great when you’re using it

Unpromising start, but problems were correctible
This computer arrived with multiple problems. It was painfully slow, and I couldn't get Edge to work at all. A Security feature shut down and wouldn't turn back on. I was going to return it but tried calling Microsoft to see if the problems could be fixed remotely; they could. As I kept using it, it improved. It still freezes from time to time, and I have to turn it off with the power button and restart, but that seems to be the last annoying problem that I have to deal with, and it doesn't happen very often. After about two months of fuss and bother, it has turned into a darned good little computer.

Great for a cheap lappy
If all you need is a laptop on your coffee table to browse the web on something bigger then your phone, it is perfect. I have tossed on a couple versions of linux as well for fun. It is no powerhouse, but more then enough for the web and the dink around with. super lightweight and just "handy" to have around for when you want to pull up a youtube for more then one person to watch.

Soooo bad
Does nothing from inception!!! Everything ends with an unresponsive error message. Wanted so bad to like this device with its perfect size and keyboard but it is majorly flawed and really wouldn’t do anything. A long wait to go from one task to the next. Unbelievably bad! Setup questions moved quickly but that’s it. I did a basic search… unresponsive page

Not the best, but perfect for spare
This laptop was refurbished from a used one just an fyi. It needed a ton of updates, whoever had it last didn't update it well. It took long to boot up and I had to perform a lot of updates on the Windows 11 software in order for it to work properly, after updating it, it booted up normally without the long length of time. I listed pros and cons below based off my needs: PROS: light weight, already had Microsoft Office CONS: it wouldn't let me download the web browser I normally would use (stuck with Microsoft Edge, I normally use Brave or Mozilla Firefox), took a while to load in the beginning, it didn't come fully charged (battery was dead and I had to wait hours in order to first use it all because it has 0% battery when I got it). Overall, it is good for the college work purposes I need it for, but if you are looking to use this as your main laptop, don't bother, get a bigger HP like the HP Envy.

Safe mode and finger smudges...
Really like my little laptop. Needed something to get on line with because I wanted to retire my old laptop from internet to protect my adobe products. I love the color of the laptop but it's a satin finish and oil from fingers are easily transfered to it. Needs to be cleaned of if it bothers you. It cleans right up. The other issue is that it runs in HP's version of a safe mode. It appears that it won't allow certain functions without you taking it out of safe mode. From what I understand, it's purpose is to make the most out of memory available without taxing it with programs that take a lot to run. It gives you a choice when you run into a situation safe mode won't allow. You can switch off safe mode. But I haven't. It's pretty nice the way it is. Just be aware, this laptop has built in limits.
