Great case for the locks. If you want one to protect your phone, get something more sturdy.

I'm very impressed with this phone case and recommend it highly. I bought it based on customer reviews, which overall are very positive. I am a truck driver, and as a result can be pretty rough on phones. So a good case/cover is important to me. But now a slight problem has arisen: I like this case so much that I can't bear to take it to work. I am so in love with it that I'm afraid to scuff and damage it in my work environment. Instead, I save it for weekends only. So now, before going to work on Monday morning I cover my phone with an old rubber Android case that I stretch over the device. It looks ridiculous but offers protection -- albeit very ugly protection. But come Friday night, on again goes the Torras case(black in color). It looks really sweet! Fits like a glove and makes my phone look sleek and tight.June 21, 2018: I've owned this cover for almost one year now. Weekend use is all it has been subjected to. Weekday use goes to my recent purchase, a Spigen brand cover(which by the way I am starting to like better than ever).Unfortunately one of the lower corners of this reviewed Torres cover has just broken off. I notice the other bottom corner is beginning to crack and I'm sure it, in turn, will also tear off very soon. A sad end for sure. Perhaps I was a bit tough on it. But I tend to think not. I pampered it with light weekend use only. As a result, I've lowered down my rating to 4 stars.

I purchased my iphone 7 after a very unfortunate accident with my iphone 5s, and I immediately realized that the iphone 7, while beautiful, was made to be dropped. This case seemed like the perfect solution. The color is good, the texture helps so much with gripability (I made that word up, with this case on I don't feel like the phone is going to slip out of my hand every second.) I purchased the car mount that goes with it and it also works well.My two issues with the case are that it collects all the dirt from everywhere and it feels grimey. The second problem is that the soft touch material on both lower front corners of the case have ripped, despite gentle - normal handling of the phone. It has exposed the hard plastic underneath and it doesn't look very nice. The case has good reviews so I'm not sure if I'm alone with this problem. It's not so bad that I have replaced the case at thsis point, but I probably will in the near future. It's not a horrible case, but it's a little disappointing, and I wouldn't purchase it again.**edited 7/4/17 - I have to say that the customer service on this was awesome. When they saw I had a problem with the case they replaced it with no fuss. The second case seems to be doing well with no tears at the bottom. I'm always happy to do business with a company that stands behind their products!

Hello in the past I had purchased the same phone cases from Torras but in other colors and the shock resistant ones were actually the magnetic ones to go on my phone holder in my car and these were my favorite cases the only issue I had was when they started peeling in the corners but I had bought a couple so I would switch off. I decided to buy two of the red ones for my kids for Christmas time and I had forgotten about them and recently found them and gave them to my kids but come to find out they are exactly is the same also called the shock watch ones but they are not magnetic and do not stick to their magnetic phone holders in the car. I believe I pay the same price for these red ones that I paid for the ones I got before that were magnetic so that is what I thought I was buying and I am just confused why they are different and I could not find how to contact the seller so can somebody please email me or contact me about this I would like the same cases but with the magnetic if possible... also I would like toPurchase other colors for myself but I am now confused on which are the magnetic since my first ones were... thank you.

I absolutely love this case. I purchased this case in the light blue - it's not as blue as in the image (it's more of a grayish blue but I still like it). The case is sturdy, nice grip and enough lip to protect the screen when you have it face down. Another added bonus - it doesn't slide around on the dashboard or the instrument panel (you know that area where your car gauges are) - I place my phone there when I'm using maps and it stays put - LOOOVE that. Also love how it NEVER looks dirty - especially because it's such a light color. On the down side is it does pick up a lot of lint from your jean pocket and it's OBVIOUS when you pull your phone out of your pocket. Again, it does clean up easily. On the flip side, because of the grip, your phone will NEVER fall out of your jean pocket! :) I also think this case is not meant to be removed on a regular basis - you'll damage the silicon at the bottom (see my image) which may be a challenge if you have a runner's arm holster or band because it's hard to slide your phone in with the case on.Lastly, customer service is excellent. I do believe the case came with instructions on how to install the case - READ them. I didn't and I believe that's why I damaged my case when I tried to remove it. I reached out to customer service about my mishap and they were quick to reply to my inquiry and send me a replacementThis case works great for me! For the price and service - you can't beat it!

This phone case was falling apart within the first week I got it. The rubber was separating from the hard plastic underneath.

UPDATE I was immedialty contacted by TORRAS after posting my review and they have offered to send me a new case. I’m excited they are sending me a new one as I love the case. It fits perfectly and it is super soft and feels great to hold. I’m really hoping the new case holds up better and lasts a lot longer.I immediately loved this case. It fits perfectly and feels really nice to hold. But after only a month the finish has stated peeling off the bottom corners and I’m so disappointed. This was by far one of my favourite cases I’ve ever bought and it now looks bad. And unfortunately I’m one day past my return date with amazon so I guess I’m stuck with it. Don’t buy. It’s a waste of money.

UPDATE: Management has just contacted me regarding the product issue. Customer service is very quick and understanding. I am currently waiting for a replacement case and hoping that it will last longer! Will update once I receive the item.I really loved this case from the moment I received it! The colour, the texture, the fact that dirt is easily removable from the casing, the fit. It was perfect!I’ve had it for a few months now. However, the material is starting to fall apart. There is a small, odd tear by my lock/unlock switch. There is also a rip on the bottom right of my case, and the tear is getting larger day by day.I was not expecting it to deteriorate within less than a year, considering that I am very delicate and careful with my phone.
