Bad Microphone
Ok, so I work in a large call center selling health insurance. So we always need good quality headphones. We had multiple people have these Jabra Evolve2 75's in the office, myself included. At least 5 of us went with these headsets. And consistently, we would get complaints from the clients that they couldnt hear us, that the quality was low, or jumbled, or could barely hear me etc. At first I thought it was the CRM we were using, but then I confirmed it was not when talking to people just off of my iphone while using my headset. For example, my wife would complain she couldnt hear what I said from time to time. So with 5 of us having these issues, it is clearly these headsets. They are simply just not as good as quality as the OG Jabra Evolve 75's. Do NOT get these headsets. There is no point. Just get the Jabra Evolve 75's. Also, make sure to get the Jabra Evolve 75 SE's (Second Edition). If you get the original Jabra Evolve 75's, they stopped supporting them with firmware updates etc, so they now are getting a bit low on quality and staticky, etc. As of this posting, all 5 of us, have switched to the Jabra Evolve 75 SE, and they are working perfectly with no issues. If you have the option between UC or MS versions, pick the UC versions. So ultimately had to give these headsets a 1* rating because they are unusable if you are using them extensively for work.

These are great for work from home
I love that it’s connects automatically when I have teams meetings. The auto mute when you flip the mic up is useful, I didn’t think I’d use it as often as I do. However a word of caution, one of the features is this headset allows you to sync multiple devices and connect to two devices at the same time. The only way I can get this to work is changing settings on my work computer(windows) to prevent the computer from prioritizing its connection. If you don’t change when you go to answer a call or play something from the second device it will auto pause itself. Very frustrating, I’m hoping a firmware gets released to correct this. It’s a bit pricey but it works very well if you take a lot of meetings throughout the day.

Best Headset on the Market for taking calls with lots of distractions
After a lot of homework, I found a YouTube video which compared all wireless Jabra headphones. After listening to all the Jabra headsets, The Evolve2 75 actually does perform better than the 85 when it comes to your voice. The ANC feature really does work as does removing crying grand babies out of the background. Overall, I am really impressed with this unit. It is worth every penny. Also, no need to buy the charger unit as you will overcharge you will shorten the life of the battery. The headset can go a whole week without charging it and charging it up takes no time at all. So I try to keep a balance charge from 5-80% for battery longevity. The unit can connect to multiple devices. I keep it connected to my Mac and my iPhone at all times.

Mic will break
It is nice when it works. It is a known problem that its mic will stop work in a couple of years.I had the problem in about 20 months. The replacement set got the same problem after about 13 months.

They were buggy so I returned them.
I have the original Jabra Evolve 75 and I LOVE them. I bought these to keep in the Office at work so the other can stay at home. I also own multiple Jabra products and have always been very happy with them. Overall the sound quality, and quality overall is great with Jabra. But.....The BAD: They would just act up... ALL... THE... TIME! The mic wouldn't work. I'd have to raise and lower the arm of the mic constantly until it worked. It would lose Bluetooth connection frequently. I tried resetting the phone, installing and uninstalling the app, connecting and re-connection the headset. Forgetting and finding the headset multiple times. Firmware updates. It was getting annoying so I returned them. The GOOD: I was initially excited. The sound quality is fantastic! Battery life great! Noise canceling is good too. And they look great! Overall if they weren't buggy I would have been happy to keep them. Also worth noting, these kinda hurt after long periods of time. I don't have an overly large heads but it could be that I just didn't break them in enough.... but I don't remember having to do that with the other set.In closing.... I don't knock Jabra for these. I'm really hoping it was just my headset. Most likely i'll be replacing them with a different Jabra set.

Not worth it
This product is not to be warm all day. After wearing it for 1-2 hrs it started hurting my ears and head. Really like the ANC but not worth the price. In addition, I played music and the music was cutting in and out. I tried but no luck. Returned after 1 week.
