Well made product. I have purchased several for our projects and have had no issues. They use standard cartridges so replacement parts are easy to find.

Love my rain shower and wand. The water pressure is strong and easily switches from ceiling to hand held with no delay. Love the black stately bold look. Highly recommend.

Well, where do I begin? It was not easy to install, I installed it in a pvc like shower stall which is not how it was intended to be used, however, it is possible. It appears it was designed on paper and never engineered tested. Note even the face plate has no means to fasten nor water proof. It is up to the installer to reengineer or figure out. I used silicone and satisfied. I doubt it is serviceable like American products just hope it works for long time. I have not used it, only tested, and I like it. Was not easy, also installed American shower system and they were a breeze relative to this, and future service on American product is also a breeze, but I doubt this product can be serviced. As I said to allow it to be water proof I had to silicone the faceplate to the shower stall. And some other adjustments. It looks good, appears to work very well and no operating complaints what so ever. If it holds up, and for what it cost me, it is good. The chrome looks good, BUT it Mark's up easily. Nice shipping package makes it LOOK LIKE a 1,000 usd product. No pipe hammer... no dripping water.. again only tested.

I love this shower system. The matte black finish gives my bathroom a luxurious look, and the 12-inch square rain shower head feels amazing. You can also use the included hose—you'll love it because it's over 6 feet long, very convenient for rinsing or cleaning the shower. Installation took a little time, but once it's installed, you'll know it was worth it. The materials are very high quality, the valve control is smooth, and there are no leaks. I highly recommend it; it will make your bathroom feel luxurious.

I bought two of this works great

I purchased the 16 inch matte black kit for my newly remodeled shower stall, and I am in LOVE! The oversized rain-shower is amazing for my space, and the handheld is a bonus for rinsing my hair or bathing the dogs. For reference, my shower stall measures 3ft x 5ft. There is very little room outside the downpour of water with this size; but there is enough space for me to breath right outside of it, and the head DOES pivot and swivel to practically any position you need it to (including a side angle). Because we completely gutted the entire shower (including the walls) installation and plumbing assembly was extremely easy. We did have to be very careful cutting out the openings for the handheld housing though - because of its small faceplate there is very little room for error. If the opening isn’t big enough you won’t be able to fully screw the attachment on, but too big and you’ll have gaps in your tile around it. The valve did have a really small leak at first, but we added a bit more tape to the fittings and that solved the problem. We waited 3 days to ensure there were no leaks (and there wasn’t after adding more tape) my best guess is since our pipes are older, we just needed a bit more tape then usual to get a good seal. The handheld mount also has an attached swivel piece as well so you can adjust it up and down to get the proper angle you want. It also allows you to tighten it if you choose to not utilize the swivel aspect of it. NOTE: We DID NOT use the included 12 inch drop pole for the shower head. For some reason.... it doesn’t really bother me though as much as I thought it would. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and very pleased with the entire kit! I loved that it came with EVERYTHING you need to install too (unless you want a different drop pole height for the shower head of course.) And unless you already have your plumbing set up for a shower head and handheld - I don’t really think this would be all that easy for a finished bathroom looking for an accessory upgrade. I do highly recommend this for those who plan to remodel their tile though. It makes the job much easier!

Good strong parts, works great as well as the look

The SR Sunrise shower system is an amazing product. The plumber who installed the SR Sunrise shower was extremely impressed with the build quality and performance. He said he will recommend this product to his clients and will be buying one for his own home which says alot! I emailed Sunrise to acquire spare shower cartridges and they were shipped to my door in a couple of days. I could not be happier with the service and experienced first hand how Sunrise takes care of their customers. Very impressive and highly recommended. Five stars!

I just installed a Sunrise ceiling shower faucet in my new bathroom. I am amazed by the quality of the product in terms of functionality and appearance. The ceiling shower has great pressure level and workmanship is first class. Sofia from Service Department kindly and promptly assisted me with a shorter arm for the faucet as my bathroom has a low ceiling. If I have to renovate my other bathroom I will certainly replace it with another Sunrise Shower faucet.

Not as powerful as I hoped it would be, but I suppose that's down to my water pressure....
