These are the absolute BEST cups I've ever tried. I'm a professional massage therapist and have tried a ton of different cups over the years. These have the best suction and have really helped my clients with pain relief. I used them on myself aswell. Great investment, if you're on the fence, get them!

easy to use, nice smooth glide, feel great on the skin
I've been doing professional body cupping massage for 11 years & I've tried most cups on the market (including the use of a cupping machine)What I've been using for sessions are my machine and medium size silicone cups sold in sets. The sets, were from 2 different vendors. 1 set was harder to compress than the other, but there was no way to tell how hard or soft they were, till you got them.The harder cups, sometimes had too much suction for some clients.What I liked about these cups is they are very easy to squeeze to apply & that makes a huge difference if you are doing this action multiple times in sessions, but what I liked even more is that the amount of suction is just right, not too tight or too light.They also feel very nice when gliding along the skin.If you are thinking of getting these for your practice or just for your own use, I highly recommend them.

Decent suction
The suction in these cups is decent. I wish there were more sizes, specifically a few smaller ones that came in this to treat ankles, wrist or elbows. It can be difficult to maintain suction or initiate suction. I do love the firmness of the cups, it makes it much easier to glide.

An essential tool for every massage therapist
An excellent product! I use it in place of static cups because its lightweight, easy to use and has a strong suction. I own the 4 cup carrying case and its a perfect compliment to a silicone cup I use for gliding.

Strong Hold
These cups hold securely enough to allow for a variety of cupping techniques. Very pleased with the quality.
