Literally EVERY time I fly with this carrier (United Economy Photos)
The media could not be loaded. I get stopped by strangers nearly every time I use this carrier, people want to know where to buy it. I use it not only at airports, but also just as a stroller sometimes when I go to dog-friendly places. My pup, Potato, is getting older and it's nice for him to have his own little nap pod when I'm hanging out in busy places, and also for him to be able to "uber it" whenever his joints make walking difficult. Some people think I'm trolling them when I say the carrier is made by a company called "Ruff Life", so I always end up having to google it and show it to them, the sellers should just send me their business cards at this rate lol...Anyway here's the review proper...[ FAVE FEATURES ]• Carrier AND rolling base both fold flat for storage! (So essential when I'm rolling in van life mode!)• Carrier is a perfect mix of soft and structured. It holds its shape well while being flexible enough to squidge into tight under-seat spaces.• That the designers were thoughtful enough to include zippers into the sections that accordion out. This is an essential little detail, because the carrier is shoved under a plane seat, this opening makes giving treats or water to my pup SO much easier.• You can use the carrier without the base.[ TIPS ]• I see some people saying that the carrier isn't staying on the rolling base when they're pulling, and I've never had this issue. I will point out that asides from the velcro fasteners at the bottom of the carrier, you absolutely do need to have the fasteners that attach the carrier to the pull-handle securely attached. I'm referring to the straps on the opposite side of the "door" where your pet would enter the carrier. These straps are secured by velcro AND a plastic buckle fastener to ensure that when you're pulling the carrier along, it stays securely on the rolling base.• Do prepare to have very little leg room if you plan on expanding the carrier. I'm a 5'1", 110 lbs and usually not one to complain about legroom, but I do have to sacrifice some comfort on flights so I can give my pup (~16lbs pomeranian) the space he needs to stretch out and sleep.• Some people might miss this detail, but there's a pocket on the backside of the carrier (where it meets the pulling handle). Just mentioning cause I see reviews saying there's no pockets for stashing treats.• Do condition your pet to like the carrier well before your trip. Leave the carrier out and reward generously whenever they go in it. I feel like this goes without saying, but just a gentle reminder for anyone who needs it :)[ IF I HAD TO NITPICK... ]• When I first bought this, it was only in stock in grey, but in my heart of hearts, I really wanted black. It's also cheaper now than when I bought it for $120, but so it goes, let me wallow in my dramatique buyer's remorse.• Do be mindful about tucking the long shoulder strap away before you go rolling around. I've accidentally left it dragging on the ground and it's an unpleasant shock when that strap gets caught under the wheel, it can send everything into a tumble.[ OVERALL ]Love this carrier. I leave it out as a crate since my pup loves it so much. The carrier is getting pretty tired-looking from all the miles my pup and I put on it on all our adventures... The rolling base is still in great shape, so I do wonder if the company sells just the carrier alone? In any case this is a purchase I would (and constantly do) recommend, and I would purchase another in a heartbeat when my pup and I finally wear this one out.

Looking for a good pet carrier? Look no further then here.
When I ordered pet carrier, it looked like a nice one, but so many times pictures can be deceiving. The same is true of this pet carrier picture. The picture does not do it justice. While I can’t vouch for how long it will hold up since I just received it, I can say it’s BETTER than I expected. I looked a several and found this one the best to fit my needs and so far I’m not disappointed. I like the way the sides can be up for privacy and easier carrying, or down for more visibility, air to your pet, and/or room to look around. I would recommend this pet carrier to anyone.

Very Convenient
Exactly as describe. It fits under the airline seat, very well built and rolls easy. I have a Poodle 15lb, the fit is tight but when it expands she is able to stretch and be super comfy. Thank You!!!!!

Can't say enough good things about this travel carrier
We loved loved loved this carrier. Our Bichon weighs 15 pounds. She fit perfectly in the carrier. The wheels are amazingly smooth and easy to maneuver. The handle works very nicely. The zippers and compartments are easy to use with a lot of choices for entry and exiting the carrier. The velcro that attaches the carrier to the wheeled transport is easy to use and attaches solidly. We had a 2 hour wait in the gate area and when I opened the extensions our Bichon could stretch out and relax as well as see all around her. We removed the carrier from the wheeled transport before starting down the aisle of the plane. The transport was stored in the overhead and fit nicely. The carrier was a little difficult to slide under the middle seat (we were on Southwest Air). The space was plenty wide enough but we did have to push down one support wire on the carrier to push it under the seat. It was not a problem. It just bent down a small amount to slide. I also made sure the velcro on the bottom (used to attach to transport) was covered with the flap so that it would slide more easily and not collect fuzz or dirt from the carpet on the plane floor. We would highly recommend this product and so glad we found this transport after using sherpas brand (one with wheels) for 25 years. Nice job on inventing this transport!!! Well worth the price (including the ball bearing wheels)

Good quality, perfect for dogs with anxiety
The media could not be loaded. As someone with a 9-pound dog that has scratched through an expensive ass Sherpa carrier (great product, but my dog is destructive), this product is great. But, this carrier is also amazing quality. When in the airport, I am able to let him breathe, and stick his head out the top with ease. Even on the plane, I was able to extend one of the sides, so he had a little more room. He still tries to scratch, but I can tell this carrier eases his anxiety more. It is definitely harder to fit under the airport seat, so I had to put it half-way under the seat and in my leg space. But, I don’t mind. Whatever makes my baby comfortable.

Exactly what we needed
This worked perfectly for a United flight. I can’t imagine having to hand carry my yorkie all through the airport. I thought the trolley was nice to have but it really is a must have.
