This knife is solid & light in weight for its size. I really like the shape of it & it is a smooth operating opening.Highly recommend if you are into a uniquely great knife. The jade scales are excellent & very nice in hand. They make this knife a looker as well.Might be a little much as a daily pocket carry. Personally, I stow mine where it’s handy in my tote bag.There is nothing distracting from this being a solid 5 Star rating unless light in weight is not your thing. It might could use a little more heft, but not enough to change it from a 5.I say try it out. I did & for me it’s a keeper!

Been using this as my EDC for the last few weeks and I absolutely love it. Feels great in the hand, stays pretty sharp, and I barely notice it on the waistband of my shorts.

First time buying a Kershaw. Love this knife. Very sleek design and knife came out of the box sharp. Only wish the belt clip was on the other end of the knife though.

The knife is nice, very sharp! I love the sleekness of it. It is very hard to close though. I'm used to sliding the guard over with my thumb and pulling the blade down to close with my index. Very hard to do. Cut my thumb in the process. Maybe it'll be easier the more you use it but I've used this type of knife at least 15 years. Never had a problem closing/securing the blade like this..

The quality overall is excellent. The spacing at the end of the handle is perfectly spaced. The locking stile is well machined. It opens and closes smoothly. It is light and easy to carry in the front pocket. The edge came incredibly sharp from the factory. It was honed so finely it has a reflective quality to it. Not mirror finish, but not done on a belt sander either. Overall, this knife is an excellent purchase and I will tell others of CJRB's quality.

One of the best knifes I ever had

Eh. I have a crkt knife of similar style that is much better quality. The style and scales drew my eye, but the quality is lacking. For one, the scales are too smooth as others have mentioned. They should have much better grip. Another issue is the smoothness with which the knife opens. It's not very smooth. Maybe mine is defective but I can feel the bearings rolling as it opens and closes. Overall, I really like the style of the knife and the look of the scales. If you're comparing this knife to high quality knives, this ain't it. Maybe it will get smoother over time? But honestly this is the first knife I've bought in a long time that was kind of a disappointment.
